Toilet love Waiting with baited breath for the second episode of toilet love - i have a feeling italy may prove to be fruitful......perhaps "i just don't know what to do with myself...." another Burt classic

You're still alive! Hey mighty mark! It's been a while, but I finally got to check out your blog! I'm glad to see you're still alive. Don't give up the bike ride! Very impressive that you're hanging in there. Jamie and I had to hightail it out of Argentina when we ran out of money!! Only got as far as Bariloche. We're back in Canada now...
Love your pics of the view from the volcano!
Hola Hey chicos, I think your coatal route sounds a good one. I just hammered straight down ruta 5 and got bored! But I´m in the Lake District now and about to head back into Argentina to see if my new tyres have arrived. Then back inbto Chile for the Carretera Austral, so may yet catch up again. I´ve looked at your blog.. You need to do an English version! Chau chau, Mark
Hola chicos. You should have waved, or at least thrown me a sandwich! Chile has been BORING cycling, but is now looking up, literally, as I´m back in the hills. Met another Kiwi yesterday and talked about beer and cricket, which proved to be my cultural highlight. Mercy! Chau. Mark
Ciao Great stuff Mighty Mark. You’ll be pleased to know we saw you the day after we left Los Penitentes we were on one of those annoyingly big double decker buses (that must be your worst nightmare) going over the Andes into Chile, watching movies, playing bingo and eating food! We waited at the border post for you, but you seemed to be taking your time
Back in NZ now and life is a chore!
Hasta luego
hi mark Hello Mark! where the hell are you now? we're in Constitucion.the way to Concepcion, doing the coast.Just georgeous! we moved a few days ago at Pichilemu.the capital of surfers!we want to be at the beggining of January at Puerto Month to star the Austral Road just after New year's Eve because its the best month for the weather. in any case;our blog is:www.perdutssobreduesrodes.blogspot.com
Hope to keep in contact.See you mate!!!
Ey oop el Derek.
I have of course got lost several times, but Chile being so thin I have reasonable prospects of moderating my lostness.
I am indeed off to the lake district. Those 2 misshapen, hairy pistons (legs, not random Chilean girls) are propelling me south, where a further Andes crossing and an ozone hole await me. Good to hear from the big country up North.
Good lad well what can i say, it must be the longst distance you have ever gone and not got lost, of course i assume you are not trying to get to the lake district?
I note the inverted bike and rubish all over the road side marked the site of your camp, unmistakable tpo those of us who have cambed with you before?
Anyway less of the abuse, i am totally jealous, it is wet and cold here in Yorkshire and our life now revolves around clearing up dog poo and trying not to get bitten?
Looks like you are having the time of your life, who needs teaching?
keep going mate, keep submitting blogs we are watching.
Keep safe
Des.
