Mick / Julie - Looks good. Glad you are enjoying NZ at last. Everybody I know (with the exception of one!) spoke very highly of their visits there, in particular the scenery. Sounds like it might have been worth Julie missing her flight! See you soon. Chris & crew.
Stunning scenery, but much more western than your other places. I think that NZ is my favourite of all the places you've been. I was supposed to be going up Triffan last week, but in the end road closures and blizzards forced us home. Triffan will have to wait - maybe you will come with me when you get back. The hippy van looks good, I hope it is comfortable and that you enjoy the rest of your time. See you soon. Love Sue

Hes asked if he can stop at yours next time he goes to the Buttermarket to Nitro, Shaney said yes! Hope hes going to clear up after him!! Dont worry i wont let him! That is one awesome waterfall. Glad you are still enjoying yourself. It looks like you are in another world, which I suppose is what you are in! Off to Snowdonia next weekend to try and bag another mountain for my total - seems a bit tame really!
love Sue
I never thought pepper plants were that big - you learn something every day! Crazily snowy here - we had about 6 inches in 6 hours yesterday, but it seems to be melting now. Sounds much more calm in Cambodia, can't stop thinking about that awful regime they had there twenty or so years ago. Keep the photos coming and hoe you are enjoying yourselves.
peppers don't look like that here The hat and glasses say it all! After another week of dull cold sleety weather I am very envious. Although it is sunny today. I'm intrigued by the moto taxis - do you just hire the bike or do you need to go on the back with someone else driving? All the fishing boats with sails look good. Happy travelling!
Sue

We are flying to Hanoi in Jan 2010, travelling through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia for two months then over to New Zealand to recover. We are hoping to get right off the beaten track, spending some time living with local families, and immersing ourselves in the culture as much as possible.... full info

Have just managed to look at this. It looks somewhat precarious but good fun. Thanks for trying again to download the video. Mum
