In Chojnice I met with Michał, my close friend from the former martial arts club. We practiced together and we drank much beer together. :-) Nowadays we could met and see each other what realle changed in our life. In Michał's life plenty things were changed, in mine maybe not so much. During this visit Michał led me through the town and even we undertook short excursion to Charzykowskie Lake. There is a well known resort in Poland, I heard before some positive opinion. Chojnice is just common town, not so excited but not boring. Afterwards I spent holiday together with Ania and Robert I decided to spend little time alone :-) I desired to visit my two friends whose live in Pomerania in north Poland, they invited too. Tomek lives in Gdańsk and Michał in Chojnice. I arrived at the morning of Wednesday 22th of September to Gdynia, a harbour in east part of Polish coast. Because I had a big advance - spare time before I met with Tomek - and I made up mind to see ORP Błyskawica in Gdynia. We spotted ruins of Ehrenberg Schloβ when we were driving towards Innsbruck. We finally decided to visit there. At present Ehrenberg Schloβ saved as ruins. In past that was pretty important power centre and it was known as Ehrenberger Klause. That castle had build in narrow pass that divided local area and separated Lech valley from district Zwischentoren. First castle had been built at 13th century. Afterwards is was enlarged and developed and it allowed for local ruler based there and lawmade. Local authorities moved eventually to nearby Reutte in 16th century. From that time Ehrenberg served as fortress and roughly 1k soldiers based inside its walls. At the next day - Tuesday we decided we experience something completely different. We noticed cable rail next to the Hohenschwangau village and we decided to go there early morning. We had purpose to see some more attractions except fairy tale castles biult by king Ludwig II of Bavaria. We hadn't suitable stuff to hiking over mountains so we could have ride in cable rail to the top of Tegelberg and hike a bit overthere. How to get to cable rail station under Tegelberg from Schwangau by foot? Easy :P We just went left and short after we turned into Tegelbergerstraβe. Everything included station at the top is visible from Schwangau. When you walking along the Tegelbergerstraβe you'd get to the small bridge, cross it and you'd see the cable rail station. When we finished the first tour we followed by the program and we went towards second castle, much more famous - Neuschwanstein Castle. German: Schloβ Neuschwanstein - I can translate this as New Swan Stone castle or something like that. because We had any spare time we walked a bit and we spent most of that time in shop with rubbish stuff for tourists (this is my opinion someone might has an opposite one). Ania purchased someting, I ignored these stuff as usual because I have no enought room to keep this kind of souvenirs from all my trips in home :P Still was raining, but we didn't take that as obstruction and we went towards Neuschwanstein.
