Loved Hoi An, spent 3 nights there, although there wasn't much to do, just wondering around and reading in cafes was enjoyable in such a beautiful town. We went one morning to the My Son ruins which are acient Cham ruins, sort of the Asian equivilant of an acient English castle or something. They were quite stunning, esspecially early in the morning (6am) before the sun was too high and before the crowds had arrived. Made me want to go to Angkor Wat in Cambodia at some point, My Son was like a tiny version of that. We decided we had to leave Hoi An before we spent the next months budget, all there was really to do except read was buy clothes, shoes and art work.
