Rock climbing

Geo: -28, 153.433We got up at 7.45. breaky lunch made and out the door by 9.40. not too bad a crowd at the gate so through quite quickly. Again we headed straight to the lockers and got one. does make it so much easier. Went on 'Thunder River Rapids' ride. 6 people in a giant tyre that spins around in circles as it goes through a river full of rapids. Water splashed into tyre. we all left with wet pants!! 'Log Ride' - We went on this next. When we were at Seaworld, I was going to be first when we rode the Flume Ride for the forth time but it was closed. Geo: -28.0701, 153.44After breaky we went back to spotlight and exchanged the huge huge towel to a big towel. Headed off to Seaworld. Queued to get in (surprise surprise) then raced to find a locker. Made it $7.00 for the day. Not cheap but definitely worth it - not carrying backpack around made it a happier day for everyone!!RidesFlume Ride. Viking type boat. we went on it three times (ride closed down when we were waiting for a 4th go. Peter sat in front 1st time and Mel 2nd and 3rd. Came off ride with water dripping off face. Ride took about 2 minutes and was heaps of fun.Bermuda Triangle.Boat with about 10 people. Mel found it boring. was lots of 'aliens' and talk about the triangle. Tiger Island Dreamworld

Geo: -28.0701, 153.44Left at 9.30. Went to spotlight to buy two beach towels then to Movie World. Even though we had pre-purchased our tickets via RACV, we still had to queue up for about 40 minutes to get the proper tickets and our photos stuck on the back of tem (for the three day pass). We went. We saw. We left. I have no idea the order of events.Shrek 4D Brilliant. Big theatre Plenty of seats . seats moved with the movie(running like a horse, bumping over things etc) In movie Donkey sneezed - all over us (courtesy of a small hole in the seat in front of us!!) Also had spiders crawling over our feet. Really enjoyable.Road Runner Roller Coaster - very mild! Mel and i went on this twice. 1st time she cracked it ... read more
