carols on canada well just finished watching some of your video in canada makes me want to go there on my next trip . we are just about to leave Paris went to the Champagne region yesterday to sample the Mumm and moet champagnes. I,m most impressed with your video expertise with the canada experience. Bears and Geysers Hi John, geysers will have to wait until Yellowstone. The bear appeared at night and come around from the back of the bear box while I was putting food away. He was too slow to get any, I slammed the door shut and screamed before he could get anything.

well done you 2...I have got all the info up until san Francisco ....am even worried about the sore and blistered toe!!!! Couldn't access the video of Big Sur , so will have to see that live!!! Cronulla theatre tomorrow night so I shall catch up with Felicity then and hear all the goss!

This Travel Blog is for our family and friends to see where we are and what we are getting up to. I hope this blog will be a great way for us to keep in contact.
We are visiting USA for nine weeks and have hired a campervan for this mammoth road trip. We start in LA and head up Highway 1 stopping for a couple of nights in Big Sur. Next we visit San Fransisco before heading across country to Yosemite and the ghost town of Bodie. We will drive back to the coast to visit the Redwood Forests before driving up through Oregon and Washington State visiting more National Parks along the way.
