yes you are a great mum Hi, still relaxing in sunny exmouth. Camille cleaned your house on friday much to her horror. We reckon Gareth needs a few tips on cleaning if he is ever going to survive on the outside. Camille is using the photos as black mail. mali says hi and cant wait to see you again. Love Rachelle
Nothing but the best! Hi Sharon,
You can't talk with all your great trips overseas. You had a great time. Yes we are having a relaxing time, lots of walking and laughts. We need the weather to change so we can get moving again
Take care love
Tough times in Exmouth Hi Roz, Dave here and Exmouth tho quite a nice place the coral coves, snorkelling and generally living in idealic surrounds is a bit different to what we find ourselves doing.
Ningaloo reef is just a tad prettier than the concrete canyon we are in.
Still much better than being at work.
There are boats here and around on the western coast waiting for a break in the weather so we all can carry on with our voyages. One in particular needs quite a bit of work done before she can travel under her own steam.
Next blog may have a photo of her (icecube)
Seee ya later Dave & Sharon
The new man I must say Colin that you have put a lot of thought into your response, tho unfortunatally you have missed the point of our meeting. To clarify I AM STILL IN CHARGE OF THE BOAT AND DESCISSIONS MADE ABOUT HER TRAVEL.
The planning meetings and the meetings to plan are based on the democratic system. I do hope you now understand.
I do however see the funny side of your comments and you can look forward to a comfortabe stay next time on my yacht In the Brig.
Signed yours the Reformed Dictator.
meeting Now I am a bit more clear on the process you have in place in regards to "having a meeting" and fully understand that it takes a lot of planning. What did come as a bit of a surprise to me was the part where there is discussion and possibily debate and you imply that there is maybe a (dare i say it) vote. Now I have been on this yacht of yours and I have not ever recalled there been a discussion, debate or vote on the runnings of the process of the goings on of your yacht. I do recall lots of orders, commands, instructions, loud speaking, (yelling) something a long the lines of a dictatorship and thats before we get out of the pen. Perhaps the carm waters of our ningaloo reef, the warm white sandy beaches and the expensive coffee's at the novotel have seemed to have tamed you just a touch, and now I hear there is also "fishing". Please do enjoy your next planning/meeting.
Cheers Colin
I think that you might have been praying far too hard for the bad weather so that you can stay in the one spot & live the good life longer. Not fair bragging about all the wining & dining while us poor folks are slaving away at work
Meetings We planned a meeting so that we could meet and plan, then scheduled another planning meeting to plan our next meeting. Hope that explains it. To further explain our meetings, we do have an agenda and office bearers, who are charged with supplying the food and drinks. The venue for our future meetings are discussed at length depending on the suitability of the venue and the refreshments. A unanamous decision is required for future meetings to take place unfortunatelly like all meetings this is not acheived so we are forced to have another planning meeting.
We hope that this short explanation has clarified the subjet for you Pops.
The little pink trolley Well we just love the fashion accessory!!!! And the hard days you are having, makes me feel like a nanna nap every time we read your blogs it all seems so exhausting, I mean to say morning teas, book reading and sundowners. What next??? Ha ha sounds roughly along the lines of our motor bike holiday to Tassie. Bakeries to be found every day for morning teas, followed by lunch at the next stop and then of course it was time to relax with a wine and nibbles before dinner each night. Five weeks of that and no wonder we were exhaused when we got home!!! We feel for you!! Hope the weather comes good for you soon so you can get under way again. Love hearing from you both. T and B
Hi to you both Well it all sounds very relaxing and pleased to hear you can now get in and out of the dinghy without falling in!!!! Especially in all your finery. We want to know how come you did't post the photo of your trolley on the blog??? We would like to see that one too!!!! Where to next? Or is that at the whim of the wind. Look forward to the next episode. Lots of love T and B
hi hi guys just read your blogs, sounds like its going great.we are halfway from maudes/cloates on the beach will move up to cloates tonight and up to yardie tomorow ,as you can see we are in no rush to get where we dont know where where going,if you dont understand ask brian to translate, hope to catch up somewhere along the way mark & kris
Missing us Oh poor thing! Missing your Mummy and Daddy are you? The cooking, the washing, getting you up in the mornings Oh dear dear me.
Well we dont miss you! Well a little maybe.
From us in Carnarvon Hi you two. All sounds great. Seems like you are both having similar problems re geography as we had on the motor bike trip to Tassie and I can't recommend a GPS either because unless you are very specific in your requests for directions it will take you somewhere you don't want to be and like us you seem to be able to manage that by yourselves!!!! It is fun getting lost though, just think, those sand dunes would never have been discovered by you if you had anchored where you really wanted to be!! Great to hear you both sounding so relaxed you won't want to come home. Love the stories and the photos. Looking forward to the next blog. Love T and B
