You are brilliant What a tale about Mustafa and his hospitality! What is the story about the false top to the hill you mention? How many people were involved in the building and construction originally. Who is financing the reparations. How I envy you for living your dream. Please cary on having a wonderful understated time. Now I know what vicarious means!
Love Geoff, your greatest admirer(in line with dozens of others).
WOW! I feel as if I am there with you. It is like reading a book and disappearing to a majical place with no restrants no fear just love and beauty. You my dear are a true author in your own right.Thank-you for inviting my family on your journey.Love Auntie Tiff
Beautiful Turkey Hi Chantel, Giselle and I look forward to reading each email about your travels. I want to tell you that last year when we were in Turkey my very favorite place was Ephesus. To think that the Virgin Mary and John the Baptist walked the streets of this city. See it if you can !!! Be safe and enjoy your travels!
Forward blogs Hi Chantalita, We really enjoy all your stories and your fotos are excellent. So far we have followed every step and we would like to be on your direct mailing list so we don't have to bug your Dad. Your blogs should be turned into a travel-guide; love your writing. Here it is finally summer with Monarchs playing outside the window, blue skies, but no wind for sailing. Enjoy, be safe, and please include us on your mailing list. Cheers, Giselle & George.
Sounds Perfect This sounds like a perfect day to me! I am with you in spirit and unfortunately I will have to follow in your footstep... you are living out my dream.
Oh... i just made it on to your blog, and being not so good with technology either... read it backwards!
it is. Chantel, this story gives me such joy for you. You open your being to experience & understanding, which I already adore about you. Beyond this you open to this intrinsic wisdom, which "is." It pulsates in the universe. And, though here you describe "fear" as motivation to "keep the prophecy between Isma, the coffee, and myself," you are standing in your own wisdom.
For what it\'s worth, in my life this "fear of jinxing" moved between that label & one closer to "improper pride." Amusing, either label is superstition, & at times either are true. However, years have taught me to look instead at the underlying state & acknowledge that as a respectful bow to the energy or divine wisdom held within that which is not uttered - - here being this "desire that I’ve harbored in my heart of hearts for a few years now."
Sacred. You honor & maintain its sacredness. You stand in your own medicine, in this wisdom, the same wisdom that will unfold this desire in your life at the proper time. This is wonderful. Bless you!
Namaste.

I'm living life as widely as I can; going where the wind takes me. I have an open heart that only wants to love and an open mind that only wants to learn. My ultimate goal in life is to be a wise old woman sitting in a rocker, spinning tales of adventure and, hopefully, inspiring others to go out and LIVE!
Forgive me any assumptions, I tell it as I see it. ... full info
