Learning to drive like the locals in Marrakesh, picking up hitchhikers, getting stuck in a freak hailstorm and subsequent flooding, haggling in Fez, goats in trees, and chillaxing in Essaouira. And more importantly: Pancakes, tagines, seafood, mint tea and 'special coke'.
