Spectacular! You probably felt the way we did in the Himalaya mountains as we viewed Everest and its contrail. That was like being on another planet! I admire your sense of adventure! That must have been a long five miles in that constr uction, but it seems that with every set back, you are rewarded with such beauty for the eyes, and such wonderful food for the senses!
You are wonderful to be sharing your Alaska trip! Too bad you don't have a third seat on that bike! I would LOVE to be on it!!! You are such troopers!!! Truly God's country!!!!
The adventure continues. So proud of you getting across the muddy challenging part. Way to Go Dave! Janet, you are a trooper here too. Tok. Center of commerce and culture I am sure. Glad you are no on an RT.
Am glad you and your bike came out of that mess unharmed. Definitely not a road for Harleys...., but what a wonderful adventure! Thank you for sharing your wonderful pics.
Glad you made it through the day.we thought you would find some use for that GS.Stay safe. We are really enjoy your daily update.thanks for keeping us posted.
Loved your Yukon adventure!!!! I expected to see a moose walking by the buildings, like "Northern Exposure!" Awesome! I enjoyed the start of your trip. Since living in WA for 26 years, I know eastern WA very well, and have been to Leave nworth many times, especially to ski in the winter. If I ever moved back to WA, it would be eastern WA for sure! There's a history behind the success of Leavenworth, which I will share with you some time. Love Canada, but have never been to Alaska! You guys are living the dream! The only thing that could top your travels would be "Heaven itself!" Be safe, Be Healthy, Be Inspired! Wonderful pics, and I cannot wait to share this with Scott! Jayne
Wow! So enjoyed your European trip! Since Scott lived in Europe for five years, and has traveled extensively over land, I will have him enjoy your experience as well! I would love to experience Europe as you did! A month in Nepal and In dia was quite a life-changing experience, and trekking in the Himalayas was quite the challenge, altitude and all! It was primitive, to say the least, so I naturally envy your travel experience indeed! A totally different part of the world! Lovely, lovely pics! Thanks for sharing!
Well it looks like Skagway has not changed much. To bad it's not 88 degrees like it was for us 3 three weeks ago. But then again it sounds like you two are having way to much fun no matter what the weather. Thank God for heated jackets.
