We took the Costal train up to Tigre, a town on the Parana Delta, yesterday. The weather was not favorable, so we bypassed the usual nature stuff and headed straight for the World famous fruit market. It was interesting to look at, but more for the scenery than the merchandise. There was an amusment park there, but (as always) I was the only one who wanted to go on rides. That will have to wait until my next visit. One thing I really enjoyed about this excursion was that it was all new students. And this time, it is a group of all ages from all over the world. Our group today consisted of a woman from France, one from Japan, a local university student student studying tourism, It almost made it easier to bond.
