Hey there! Despite all your bad luck I still enjoy reading about your adventures a lot! And, as it goes, especially with this post I thought that you should persue becoming a writer. Beautifully written! And there you go and really plan to do this!
Good on you! I would definitely buy something written by you - unless it is in Swedish ;)
Maybe a travelogue about your adventures (maybe cut the boozy nights a bit ;) ) will do the trick.
Anyways, all the best! And keep posting!
Don't feel so bad Sorry about the Ikea comment. Rest assured, I like everything else about Sweden, even groupies who have a thing for sweaty fat bastards like Kinnon :)
Say hi to Pete for me.
Andrew
i've never really liked just having the one drink. i'm pretty much all or nothing when it comes to alcohol, i want to get proper drunk.
either way, i promise i'll make it up to y'all when i see you next :)
whoa now... ....so you move to Australia and now you drink a lot? I swear it was a chore to get you to have one cocktail back here in sunny California, and now you've turned pro!
LOL. =)
So glad it arrived! Hi there! I had promised to use the address given in the blog sooner or later ;) I am so glad that it actually made it - I was worried the little metallic thing on Snoopy's head would be reason enough to be qualified a national threat or something. I hope all is well in your wonderland, I'm still jealous as hell ;)
Cheers!
Ok so you dress to the right, and your Russian doppelganger to the left.. apart from that you're twins! Remember all those time you were laying in a twin size bed wondering where your sister was? Now you know!
tops. i was about to ask if you got it or not.. those spaniards sure are lazy bunch so wasnt sure if itd make it to oz.. said will without capitals or puncuation..
yay for a good life! ... sounds pretty much perfect to me :)
It's a shame you won't be able to understand my blog as it is in German, but let me assure you: you would find we're kindred spirits. Especially with all the friendships to men and complications when the concept of a platonic relationship is lost on them.
Greetings,
another tomboy
DO come over! i need some female friends, and you seem like fun. soccer players are usually hot, and either way, i'm not too picky if it comes to only flirting (as my last entry revealed).
stay in touch! ;)
Hola from España! Good blog, how´d you like the lack of vege option at the nunnery? Going out.. well, anything really, is ridiciously priced in oz land.. 1 beers are common here, and 50c a kilo for oranges! Heaven. Keep it real homie
hooray for you! Hi! I'm glad everything worked out just fine for you! I actually get the impression we might be quite the team if ever given the chance of going out together. Usually I'm more a groupie for soccer players but I tend to make a good job of making them nervous ;)
Also the jealous girlfriend is one creature I get to know a lot - even though everything's usually only a bit of fun.
Have a good week!
It would be nothing short of confusing if the only package I actually receive is from someone I have never met before. Still, I'm all for it! :)
Keep us posted on the job and sponsorship.
hiyah I hope you don't mind if I take your address and use it for subscribing to all the snail-mail-spam there is ;)
No, seriously, I'm gonna use it, I promise!
Cheers for you for finding a good home! I hope everything stays peachy! If I ever make it to Sydney (in time) we most definitely have to meet!
All the best!
Confession - I admire you. And I really envy you for your attitude towards that little bitchy bugger called life ;)
I am sure you'll find your way round this new situation - I don't know you apart from your little and much appreciated stories - but it seems clear to me that you'll always will. No matter what obscenity life throws at you :)
However, I still have one more thing to admit: you inspired me to do sth I always wanted and never had the guts trying. I applied for a job in Sydney and hope I'll get a sponsorship. And even if this doesn't turn out the way I hope, I will definitely apply for a skilled migration thingy.
Sorry for this outburst of admiration *g* - yet, it had to be said.
Just one thing I don't understand - you landed yourself a job in Maroubra even though it's too far from everything? Or did I miss sth?
Cheers!

Hey You!
Sounds like a great trip! And, what's even more important, sounds like you're having a good time at home too! I'm happy for you! :)
