ZANDY IS BACK! Oh my word. Humphrey and I are both squealing with joy! Thank you Zandy, for making 2013 quite possibly the best year EVER with the return of your TraBlog (see what I did there).
All that talk of fiteer and mint tea has gotten us both exceptionally hungry, so I don't think I will be able to write much as I need to have another breakfast... or two. Cairo sounds magnificent, and although late, we are assuming that you will be posting more regularly now, and look forward to seeing your travels! Huzzah, for apple shisha and Whirling dervishes, and Zandy!
H&H
Very, very disappointed Dear Zandy (if that is your real name):
I am writing to you today to inform you of cancellation of membership from your so-called travel blog effective immediately. As of late, I have been suffering from a severe case of boredom and humbuggery due to the lack of new content on Zandy's Travel Blog, a web log that I frequented near daily after its launch. As for my pig-nosed companion Humphrey, he has cried himself to sleep for these last 153 days. We have decided that due to the pain and personal anguish of not seeing updates regularly, we must refrain from looking at Zandy's Travel Blog ever again ever.
With deepest regret,
R. Proast and Humphrey
Its Wonderfull The places are so wonderfull to live in, even if just for two seconds there are enough to start counting it among your blessings. I've liked it.
Trolls Everywhere!? Oooh, this was such a great post! I had to read it to Humphrey at least 20 times, he enjoyed it so much! We were wondering, however, why you didn't mention IKEA, the second greatest store in the world? Also, why are there only TWO pictures of trolls? I expect a future album to contain only those trolls you claim were 'everywhere'. Humphrey adds: *snort*snort*oink*snort*.
Tips for London? Hello there!
I am also an avid traveler; me and my stuffed pig, Humphrey, love to take long vacations every few months. We were wondering where in London the best place to find turnip-filled crumpets would be? Humphrey also was very adamant about not staying in a dive -- do you know of a hotel that is bacon-friendly?
What a lovely gesture Hi Sweetie
I am so happy that you are experiencing everything there is in your new country.
What a thoughtful way to spend the day. Do they wear poppies there?
I was going to suggest that you go to Ypres in Flanders which is the inspiration for the
poem - In Flanders Field - by the Canadian poet.
Love ya tons - talk soon!
On the go again! I'm so excited to see the pictures - looks like you had a fantastic time! Hopefully you'll have lots more invitations to see the real Belgium. Wasn't the table set beautifully in that lovely home - and the food sounded delicious. Loved the key-chain - lucky you.
