thank you for beautiful descriptions of sea life and how the water felt :) Jess, your writing is a real pleasure and treat to read. some of it I have read several times to get all the details! Miss you here but so glad you took this adventure -- wonderful!
Keep it Coming!!! Jessica, I am so enjoying your blog...thank you! You are an inspiration to us all. I love hearing about your adventures and misadventures as well. The photos are very helpful too! Glad you are sharing this with us!
Still with ya! Hi Jess, I look forward to your blogs and read them with great pleasure. You are a born traveler, not afraid to try new things and challenging walks! Too bad about your phone problems but glad to hear you are settled in a nice hotel room with a lovely view. When do you meet up with your swim team?
Margurite! I just left my swim team and I'm very sad. It was a fantastic week. I am behind on my posting, but I'm getting there. Next up, blogs about the swim week!
Radio silence.... ....I am assuming because you are having a great time in Croatia! I loved reading about all your adventures, esp the food and the lake swimming . and the kneip! the shallow pool for hydrtherapy walking. I learned about those in naturopahtic school....those Germans love their baths and related therapies. we coudl learn alot from them . Travel safe! Cant wait to hear more. Hugs.
Blogs Hi Claire, I'm glad your enjoying them. There are two new books but I changed the date so they are showing up earlier or under the train post. Hopefully they are there! Was trying to pay more today but wifi was acting up.

Loving this! Jess, this blog is fascinating! So wonderfully detailed and with great photos. I even know what you're eating! Sounds like a workout at times but you are in great shape and I bet people along the way are impressed by you and happy to meet and talk with you in your brief encounters. :)Love to you.
Flying It sounds like your are learning to "fly-by-the-seat of your pants". It's okay to be uncomfortable while you figure things out, as it seems you are doing. That bridge, Claire would never have crossed, and I'm not sure I would have either. I had trouble with the original swing bridge to Tom Sawyer's Island at Disneyland.
Fun Sounds so fun! Too much fun for me, but you can handle it. But it seems you should have gotten your butt in shape beforehand.
I love hearing your stories. Vicarious fun for me.
Adventurous Hi Jess, Thanks for sharing your early adventures. You are doing so much and getting around famously. It sounds remarkably beautiful. I think if you learn to say a few phrases in the language and then ask if someone speaks English, it makes it easier because they know you are respectful of their culture. I'll look forward to hearing more as you explore this part of Europe. Happy travels!
Yikes! You don't like video chats? You are showing your age. I'm sure you will pick up a few German phrases quickly. I depended on you in Paris, you just seemed to know your way around. I was 45 when we went to France and you were 23.
it's happening! Inflatable beach ball! Great idea! You'll be a seasoned traveler full of tips after this journey. European airports should always have English speaking robots...really...
Bon Voyage! Thinking of you and your great adventure! So happy you are doing this! I appreciate the blog; it will keep me up to date and inspired! Have a fabulous trip! Hugs to you! Marie
