Wildlife So I'm not particularly one for wildlife but even I was incredibly impressed by these pictures, can't imagine the excitement that joe and Henry and James will get looking at these!
Happy oldies You four are most definitely looking distinctly more relaxed, chilled and youthful as this blog goes on. Must be all the cocktails, and warm springs you have been bathing in. Glad to see another post, was beginning to think we had lost you somewhere between Costa Rica and Cuba!
Have just caught up with your blog. Amazing photos and looks like you are all having a fantastic time. I am so impressed you did the zip wire - especially my Dad! Keep the photos coming. I am not a wildlife expert so can't answer the "what is it?" Questions like Henry, Joe and James but i love all the people photos! xx
Gorgeous pics Great photos, John, I really enjoyed these. Are you sure you're not just withholding the photos of the lovely young men the Twinnies were so taken with, so as not to detract from the nature photography?!
Finally looked through your blog! Loved catching up with you travels so far, sone great family photos with the Rutter clan, I can hear a massive 'eeeeeeeee' from heaven!
Wow Those pictures are amazing, it sounds a great holiday. Can't believe you did the zip wire, those are the pics I really can't wait to see although can't imagine MGT was able to pull out the selfie stick during those pain staining moments!!!!! And who'd have thought your rain ponchos would feature so heavily in your holiday photos, you wear them well! X
Look great. Loving the photos. More wildlife ones please. Hope the rain eases off. Turns out I was looking at the wrong part of the blog and hadn't seen any posts until today. Prompted my Suzanne's gentle reminder. Xx
Had to google this one as well... I beleive this is the red ginger flower. More common than the pink ginger flower. Wikipedia helpfully tells us "Ginger tends to spread" I think you should call it the Ben stokes / Jonny Bairstow flower.
Happy new year What a funny post, I laughed at my dads soul mate friend, just wish he had managed to get a photo of himself with his new friend with his new selfie stick!! The pic of the sisters on the beach is lovely. You guys are just having the most amazing time, because you can! X
You stole our sunshine Looks amazing. Got to say I am pretty envious it has rained non stop here not been able to do anything outdoors. Cocktails look fabulous, I could get used to that way of life. X
Ponchos Traveling in style! If ever there was a justification for carrying a selfie stick into the jungle, it was to capture the moment of all four of you in matching ponchos!
Perfect mix Books, bikes, and breakfast sounds like my kind of place! Lovely to see these pics, even if you took the sunshine with you when you left snowy New York!
Hi from snowy New York! We miss you already! And also you seem to have taken all the sunshine with you! As we were getting ready for bed last night, Evie sighed and said, "I wish Muzzy and Granddad were still here." Glad you finally made it out of New York, though...:-)
Twin sisters and their husbands are going on an adventure to Costa Rica and Cuba - Costa Rica to see the New Year in with family and Cuba because we're retired and we can!... full info

Farewell ponchos
Sorry to hear this is probably the last post featuring your famous ponchos! The boat ride sounds amazing.
