Where are you now? I managed to catch your blog towards the end of your fantastic trip and am wildly jealous. Looks like you had a wonderful time; I agree with you - the Garden Route in SA is one of the most gorgeous trips to make.
So... where did you finally decide to settle down? It can't be easy having been around the world and seen so many sights..
Take care,
Love

South Africa Hi Patrick and Tracy-----Kurt forwarded on to me yr. commentary abt. trip/wedding. Enjoyed reading it very much! Norm/I going to Ireland for three weeks in May and you more than anyone would know what we must take in. If any thoughts please let us know. I agree with you Patrick NYc is wonderful! We are going to spend two days in London on way back from Ireland and looking forward to exploring that old city. Hope all is well---arm healed ----Marg.
How's it Going Dude - great to hear your back to health. As you know we are living in Cayman and are thinking of doing a quick trip to Nicaguara (sp). Given its quarter end etc it'll just be a quickie.
Do you recommend Nic - is it worth going there for 4-5 days?
Cheers Matt - enjoy Arizona and SoCal (love Scottsdale and nothing compares to SoCal)
National Parks Did you visit the Soberania National Park while in Panama City, or any part of the Gamboa Rainforest?

Great to see you guys .... Hey Tracy / Paddy. It was great to see you guys in Bermuda. See you both in a few months (and let me know about meeting up in London before our flight to S.A.) Cheers, Kurt
Still going... Hi Paddy. You guys are still going then...keep on trekking..sounds like you are having a great time (very jealous)! Have fun! The Dingles
Hi guys! Sorry to hear about Patrick's arm - that must have really hurt! The pictures did make me feel a little nauseous...
I hadn't checked your blog in a while and just caught up on the last few. Oh, how I wish I was still travelling! (Minus the broken arm part.) Stay healthy and happy!
WOW.... that is impressive !! Blimey mate, I actually feel a little guilty for taking the p1ss now (only a little!!), that is an impressive break, in fact it looks like a special effect from Harry Potter.
Joking aside, sorry to see (literally - it is quite stomach churning)/hear this happened mate, sounds like you did quite well with the health care though.
Perhaps you should stick to betting on, rather than sitting on the gee gees !
Hope it doesn't hamper you too much, as they say, get well soon.
Because we care...... How can you not tell us how you did it mate ?...... I can only assume it's going to be a paddy special !!? :-)
(hey i am allowed to take the piss now as you have quite clearly said you're ok, does sound impressive though !!)
ps.
Does this mean you won't be needing your golf clubs back now ...... ok,ok, i'll stop now........but does it !?:-)
KH Comments KH - Yeah I think NZ is pretty awesome, I prefer it to OZ personally, but I don't think the wet season weather we got in OZ helped. Oh and Wanaka and Dunedin were both very nice I thought. Did you know Dunedin is Edinburgh in gaelic?
Fosters Hey Paul, I did not get a jug of Fosters no because they don't sell Fosters in Australia or at least it is very rare to find. They have a thing called Crown lager, which more than one person told me is Fosters and it is brewed by the Fosters Brewery. The amount I drank I couldn't tell the difference!
Crazy Canucks - Down Under You pair are crazy, a second round the world trip, are you serious??. I don't think I could do this a second time, far to knackering.
Wanaka Apparantly Wanaka is where Si's family go for the summer. It's the south of the south.
Also very interested as to what you may think of Dunedin if you manage to get there!
Safe travels! Miss you!

Just like many people out there, we were disillusioned with the job market and the economy generally. So trying to ensure that ´every cloud has a silver lining´ we decided to toss the jobs in, educate ourselves culturally and go see the world a bit. I guess unlike many other people we are lucky enough not to have the commitments some have and be able to afford to take this time out financially. Probably a little more (just a little) flash-packers than backpackers this our 15 month journey to 5 different continents and approximately 30 countries, please join us for ... full info
