I agree also on your point of view and I think for what it is - mass housing it's pretty funky. Learning russian is horrific. not sure about moving on at this moment, anything from 2 weeks to 4 months!

I would imagine you would need to get a visa before you go, but they are trying to keep their country quite easy to access. But what might happen is that you order your visa and then when you arrive at the border it is waiting for you.
