Any One Else? Did anyone else notcie the the "Red Guy" was holding some kind of TV remote? Did he pose while trying to set up his VCR to tape Grey's Anatomy or something?
Is it wrong... ...that I practically LIVE for your blog entries? The copycat caption is gold! My friend just spent 2 years teaching Engrish in Taipei and said it was pretty crazy, but she can't write (or speak) like you do...so yeah. I'm clapping over here in Canadia.
...Now your under. When you awake you will take off those Samurai clothes and believe you are a ninja turtle. How did you know I was laughing at you? Good Little Britain Ref!
Kyoto Blues At least with the shrines all looking pretty much the same, you can't really say you missed anything if you forgot to visit one. Besides, when WWIII actually does happen, they'll all be blown to smithereens for holding teachings of mass destruction anyway.
Yeah, I think a place just to play with cats or dogs is a good idea, especially in a big city where people live in small apts., cannot own pets, but want to occassionally play with one, for a small fee. Hope someone here in Honolulu will open one soon.
Who's gonna clean up all the poo? The play-with-cats idea is great, but they better be toilet trained! I'm glad you enjoyed Odaiba too. I stayed there for week with a friend who was taking his masters in Tokyo. Did you see the fake Statue of Liberty too? Tokyo is great, it just gave me a feeling that there'd still be too much to take no matter how long you stayed. I'll probably go back again once, and then head off to Kyoto (lucky you!) or Hokkaido. Hope to see you and Denise there one day before you leave.
Fashion Sense I like to call the Asian fashion sense as 80s glam rock. This Island has the same issue. But on the bright side you can wear whatever you want and they still only see your bright white shinny face!! I'll look forward to seeing more of the same if I make it to your neck of the woods!!
DISCLOSURE! First off, I resent the comment made in the disclosure: and I quote "Not open to residents of Quebec".
Being a resident of Quebec, I will not only enter the contest, but I intend to win!!
With that said, my entry for the caption is.....
WAIT.. STOP... Before you read the caption.. I do say that it has perhaps crossed the border into inappropriate-land.. But I'm willing to take that chance to well represent my fellow Quebecers.. VIVE LE QUEBEC.....
"Yep, they were right. Sushi IS the number one delicacy of Japan."
Greatest Photo-op Ever Camille, that has to be the best picture I've ever seen. You in front of a fake tower in front of the real tower is just pure genious. No wonder the Japanese have such an inflated GDP.
Ah Home I love your discription of Tokyo as full of 4 year olds trying to dress themselves. Finally a place that would understand my fashion sense, if one could indeed call it that. What I really mean to say is that I would be an icon of mismatched apparel, and it would be good times for all.
I Fine You Out Soldier Boy I readded myself to your blog, you canĀ“t escape me that easily. My name, by the way, would have been Ribbed for Bush Pleasure Pagoda. Bitch ;)
The Japanese adventure is over. We've moved back to Canada and have settled into new jobs, a new home, and a new chapter in our lives. How long will this last? Who knows...

Kitty!
I hope the one with the cat wasn't the "before" dinner pic.
