Pacific Sunset Justin,
We loved meeting you, Marge and Will in Cannon Beach. We hope you loved seeing the sunset over the pacific that so many people view. I hope you liked it and will return on your own when you are able.
If we can help at all let us know and good luck on the rest of your trip. It is a great experience you won't forget.

Clam Chowder Alright, Oregon for New England Clam Chowder. Not that IS something to write about and by the looks of your face it was well worth the trip.
Seeing the temp. is hurtful since we are roasting still and longing for rain. Hello to all and we look forward to the turn around and heading home. You all look great and none worse for the wear. Probably will need one of the older folks to tell you what that means. Love to all
AWW! What a sweet picture! My two favorite Capricorn sister-in-laws! I bet you two hit it off real well! Hope you had a nice visit with the Easterdays. I'm sure they were relieved to beat the heat. You all look VERY relaxed! I can't wait to retire! Justin, has Will let you take a turn at the helm yet? Tell him you should know how to drive the RV in case of emergency. You have a learner's permit, don't you? Where to next?
Haystacks Yes, those are amazing. I see why you like them. Fascinating. Can you take in the vastness and the beauty that we have in this country. You will have real visions in your head when you next sing America, The Beautiful.
God Speed.
Looked like you were in the middle of nowhere!
I remember flying over the Snake River on my way to Seattle and how big it looked from above. Is it pretty big from the ground view?
FOG You call that intense? Last year, we walked right up next to haystack rock and couldn't even see it!
Would you mind if I forward your blog to my brother?
Water looks too cold Hi Justin, I can't believe you waded in the Pacific Ocean. Your feet must have been freezing. Too cold for me. Love and miss you, Mom
Thanks for all the updates and photos. Sorry to hear about your "POOR" weather. Actually, those temps sound pretty good since we are sweltering here in FL.
Beautiful Hey there,
Everyone needs a little rain and fog. Just gorgeous pictures. We don't need jackets here, as we climb back into the 90's, so you see that cloud and fog look nice an cool and make us jealous.
FOG Yeah- Fog- that's exactly what we had at Cannon beach exactly a year ago! And just like then, it's 98 degrees in Portland!
The Fog was so thick you could not see more than 6 feet in front of you! Try looking at Haystack rock in that!
Are you going into Portland? My brother lives on the cliff above the road into the city from the beach. They have a perfect view of the city and Mt.Hood. You should stop by to see them. Steve , Trink and Erin Easterday. 1750 SW Vista 97201.
Enjoy Cannon Beach!
Musings Your blog is interesting to follow each day. We feel like we're 'sorta' following you in your travels...I copied your blog of July 4 and took it to Genesis this a.m. Everyone was interested in all your comments, Justin. I gave it to Nanny after everyone read it and she thumbtacked it to the bulletin board. They're talking about changing the time to 10 a.m. plus a picnic some time soon to be held where Mary Frances lives...
Continue the safe driving, Will. When are you comiung home??? Will miss your blog when you get back.
Evelyn
