Christmas 2010 in Peru

A two week break at school is giving Mary and I a chance to head to Peru. It will be her first time to return home in 3½ years so she is extremely exciting. We'll spend at least the first half in northern Peru with her mother and family in a little village far, far from "civilization". The village doesn't even show up on maps, so it is pretty remote. It'll be my first time there, so I'm pretty excited, too, though my nervouseness about staying in such a rugged, rural Andean village is considerable.
