You did it again!
Wow- another cool trip! I had a college friend that did the same program years ago that went to Finland. My nephew is a dentist and spent 3 months in India (can't remember the town) to do dental surgeries for the Smile Train program. He still smells like curry, and brought me back a great silk scarf. I will look forward to reading about your experience! Also- you look GREAT!!!

Food & Drink
Unfortunately we were staying at an all inclusive dive resort so the only food and drink we enjoyed was what they made us. The Port Royal beer was good, but I'm no beer connoisseur so other than, "good," I'm not sure how to describe it. We ate a lot of excellent, fresh, seafood! The snapper was probably the most memorable.

I'm thinking my comment wasn't submitted except for the correction. Duh. Loving your travels! Enjoying all the sea creatures. Would love to be with the dolphins, but not too sure about the whale sharks. You guys are very brave! Videos are great!

Wild about Bats
.....I saw tons of those fruit bats when I was in Australia- so big!!! Your pictures and blogs are wonderful- but I would love to hear about local food and drink!! Enjoy!

We used to take a disposable camera down, but they are only good for 30 feet down, then they can't take the pressure and the pictures are pretty crummy. We're never close enough for the flash to do much. Underwater cameras can get super expensive, but I want to eventually get one. There are way too many awesome things to not be captured!

Bat pee .......... I would have needed a shower and start over! Glad you enjoy this diving stuff, sounds pretty risky to me though. The waves, reefs... all the limitations to remember. I guess the view down there makes it all worth while though. Do you take underwater pics? Love you, mom xoxo
