Skinniness, here I come! Guess what? I just purchased some Herbalife in an attempt to lose some mucho weight. It's a series of shakes that I'm supposed to take to replace my meals and it's full of nutrients. Only 200 kilo calories per shake. Let's see what I look like in 3 months time. If it's good enough for David Beckham, it sure as hell is good enough for Julian Chong.
I told you so Great stuff guys! Good write up. Didn't I tell you guys how bad the traffic was in Vietnam and that you just have to take a leap of faith and hope that the motorbikes don't hit you and voila! they avoid you! ha ha ha. Richy, you just need to shave your head man. It's so bare up there, some planes could mistake it for a runway.
I knew it! Finally, the truth shall set you free. I always knew you guys were a bunch of thieving pirates! Reminds me of that chinese guy on ASTRO selling DVD's. Ngo Thai joh luh!!! (I've seen it already!!!) Ha ha ha ha. This trip sounds like plenty memories were made, both bad and badder! ha ha!
Motivation needed... Hey all you slackers out there... send us a comment or two. We are beginning to think no one is reading this thing anymore.... Rich and San
Sawadikap! Hey turds, I'm back onshore today. My knees are still aching from the exercising....the pictures look great. I think my tummy is catching up with Buddha's or more like Richy's.....XOXO, Jules
Who is that stud muffin in the yellow adidas shirt? Damn that guys is hot! (kissing biceps). Woo hoo!!! I made it into the RICHYSAN travel blog!!! I'm the man!!!
Wow........ Wow, I've never been to most of the restaurants/cafe you mentioned.....guess I need a guide book to revisit my hometown next time. Nice blog!
Thats a really nice compliment! Hello Todd from the States, thanks for your nice compliment. 'Sniff' is actually San San (from Malaysia) and 'snore' is Richy (from Wales).
Fantastic photos Hey Rich,
Why aren't you working for national geographic!
News! Mark and I are now the proud parents of 3 1/2 month old Liam Oliver Robinson. He's very well behaved...just like his Dad!!
you are the cutest couple you are the cutest couple, love your posts, since I just starting viewing, let me ask? Sniff is English or Australian? San is Filipino or Taiwanese?
Enjoy the world, look forward to your next post, :P
Pujas and their significance Thank you anonymous for your views which we appreciate. Our viewpoint is from a third non-involved party and we are sharing the impressions that we had as well as thoughts during the experience as with the other articles that we have posted up. Pujas can be carried out in many ways ... with or without rituals, right?
Coconut, flowers, incense are relatively inexpensive offerings to the gods. They signify purity and all that is good in nature. In some other cultures offerings would include sacrificing some animals. Hiduism as a religion and culture in general avoids shedding blood. Most Hindu festivals (though not all) are celebrated with vegetarian foods (even houses where meat eating is relished). Not everything is measured in terms of money. The temple priests are generally very poor people dedicated to serving the gods. The only income they get is what is given to them during the puja ceremonies. The mantras chanted during the ceremony are basically sanskrit (being considered the language of gods) shlokas invoking gods blessings and praising the gods.
carbon footprint ? Whats are you on about ???? I thought the whole point of a round the world trip was to add to global warming under the pretext of 'seeing the world'. I'm doing my best - having arrived back in Brunei - just bought 6 litres of solid engine capacity (2 cars : why have 1 small one when you can have 2 big ones ? ) .... and always flying first class now .... you get more tonnes CO2 into the air per passenger that way .....
Cheers
Immy
Sailors Ahoy!!! Hi San and Rich,
Time flies, has been almost a year now that you guys set out on this adventure? I like the pics this time around particualrly the portrait shots, a lot of depth in it. The demon king was really cool, both before and durign make up. Take care both of you and hope to see you guys sometime. Nepal and Chian should be a blast.
Kerala Hi Guys
I see what you mean now on how we take things for granted....the last time i saw mud and water like that was when i dug the foundations for the extension!!

That really sucks!!! Man, I guess it was bound to happen with the amount of travelling you guys are doing. Sorry to hear that you were pick pocketted Richy. I know how shitty it feels to lose your wallet. It happened to me in Paris as well. Anyway, lets hope that that's the first and the last. So, by the looks of it, my fellow countrymen have been treating you well with the 'coconut arak'. ha ha ha. It must have been their best stash that they served you'll. Mag and I will be heading to Bangkok and Cambodia in 3 weeks time. Woo hoo! Have fun in India!
Damn, i just miss you I was in HK in the weekend before rugby 7s! Damn! Could have arrange for another trip to see you guys. Good to see you guys still enjoying your trip around the world. Sri Lanka looks so good!
In Taipei now- if you guys dropped by here, give me a shout ok???
