So close--and NO visit! I have enjoyed every blog you've ever writtern--think you should write a book. You know, you could have visited us the day you went to Bee's! We stay at the Days Inn almost next door. We're headed back home Mon. to be home for Easter (and Easter egg hunts)l We'll catch up with with your humorous blogs when we get home.
Nooooooo We knew you lived around Clermont but didn't know where. Now we do.....wish we had known before this visit to Bee's & friends. We could all get together and talk "collecting and selling stuff". Next year...on a Tuesday so we can go for chicken again. Have a safe trip home. Stop by if you are in the Shingo area anytime. We love for you to visit.
Small World In 1962, all those town house like units were are Fresham male housing. Upper class men lived on campus. There was a bus to shuttle them back and forth.
Sunshine Good news the sun is shinning in upstate NY and I am in my gardening mode. Perhaps you will bring some warner weather with you on your return. I have loved traveling along with you again this year so many sites and so little time. Happy Trails.
Sunshine Yeah...spring is just around the corner for you. Happy Days. You are right...so much to do and so little time to do it. Not sure what our return date is yet.
WOW What a three day trip, I had a wonderful time riding high, and seeing the fish, but Tom Hanks was the very best. Thanks for taking me along. Happy Trails.
Sandy, you certainly have a way with words. I think you should have been a writer. It sure was good to see you and Cory and reminisce about our past escapades which were all "For The Good Times". Have a good winter and I hope to see you guys soon. Love, Joe
For The Good Times Joe, it was just so great being together with you again. Our times together are not frequent so we cherish those moments when are together very much. Stay well and keep in touch. Love, Sandy & Cory
Love Hot Dogs Loved the cruise stories, and it sounds like you , Cory and Lulu are having a wonderful time in the warm sun, in the mean time we are still digging out from the last storm which rendered us a little more than a foot of snow. It was so very beautiful, as all of the trees were cover with the heavy snow. Happy to be inside for the best part of the week. The flea market looked interesting but I remember all of the walking, couldn't do it today. Happy Trails.
Back at you Always good to get a note from you, Colleen. We are kind of in a holding pattern right now ...just hanging out wondering what to do next. Weather has warmed but rain is coming soon. Rats! Stay well and warm.
Cruise Day 5-Freeport Looks like you had a great time! Recognized Senor Frog's-we had lunch there last time we were @ Atlantis-took a little side trip. Glad you guys are back and missed the bad weather-Royal Carib had a BAD time!!!! Later D
We used to live in the Western part of NY, close to PA border. Have been married 59 years. We have four fabulous children (Lory, Kim, Cory, Tim). They have given us nine terrific grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. All families live in N.Y. We are retired...Cory was VP of Human Resources...Sandy was an R.N. We now live in our 2008 Phaeton RV full time and are loving it! In 2012 we lost our beloved dog, Chip - our chocolate lab. He was our dear traveling companion. He was almost 13 years old. His memory will travel with us wherever we go. We winter in Florida at Tropical Palms RV Park in ... full info
