Lucky Girl Hey, I am commenting because of the great Welsh people.
Some many yrs ago, I enjoyed the memorable day hitching
up the middle of Wales. No one went anywhere, but everyone
gave us a ride for a mile or two.
So on it goes... I am on my way to Quito for 5 weeks in South
America. If by chance you happen to be in
SoCal afterwards, contact me, I owe the Welsh a favor.

Catch Up! Barry is on a mountain in Ecuador and you are still in Peru? Someone is behind on travelblogs! :) I like the theme of these pics.. a few churches thrown in to otherwise local art.
Thank you for your blog, one of the more interesting ones with a lot of good first hand advise! I am going in July and will try your suggestions. Linda
curious great blog and great pics!! I just dont understand the first picture? I think the title shot should definitely be "Moonrise and Sunset, Cusco" You are on the front page, congrats!
Another Cusco lover... Having just spent over 3 1/2 weeks in Cusco I loved reading your blog. We actually lived on Calle Belen so the market on Matara was a haven for us also. We did use the huge San Pedro Market for most fruits and veggies. We left Sat. and niss Cusco already.Carolyn ( blogger name'gunga')

Wow.. Sounds like a really great adventure. I originally wanted to hike the inka Trail, but now I think the Salkantay Trail is the way to go. Thanks for sharing

Welcome to my travelblog, a place where I can record my trips, write down my experiences, share my ideas and re-live my memories. I don't really know why I keep a blog; I think it is partly because I don't want to forget things but it is also for my friends and family to keep up to date with my wandering. I guess I'm also writing it to help out other travellers who are looking for tips or inspiration.
For as long as I can remember I have wanted to visit Latin America. After much planning and saving I was finally able to live the dream - a year in Latin America (Sept 2007 to Sept 2008), t... full info
