hello again! Just been reading back through your Goa trip. Happy days! Still have the facial scars from playing with the monkeys at Johns. Don't come back here until it warms up a bit. We are cold and miserable underneath our tans!

India Hi Kelan,
India was amazing! Every state is like a different country so the only advice we could really give you is to make sure you have plenty of time to see it all. Go with an open mind and spend time getting to know the people there. We spent a long time planning our trip but at the end of the day, plans change, you could probably get away with doing hardly any planning! The key thing to make sure you got sorted is the Visa!
In terms of where to start, check out the weather, it is so different between the North and the South and you don't want to get stuck in monsoon season.
Hope this is useful,
Rach
sounds like a challenge Whoa... sounds like a real challenge, but you seem to be getting through fine. Just think...... climbing up a rock or arguing with commissioners about budget cuts! heehee..... Maybe I'll use some of your mental stategies.... Don't look down.... heehee.... miss you as when you return you'll get all the NHS gossip! x

We will be in the maldives on Cinnamon island but will celebrate and toast you looking out at the sunset.
if we don't get to speak again have a lovely day and enjoy every moment. Its a day to treasure.

seeing the world Hi you guys, many thanks for keeping your log so up todate!! Your travels sound very exciting, and 'worldly' - you seems to have been gone for such a long time already - it probably seems even longer to you! Life here goes on - but that must seems so far away to you. Where next? I guess you may have meet people that you will keep in touch with for some time and some for life. I hope you have both been well, and stay so. Preps for christmas are taking place here, and I was only thinking the other day - where will you two be for christmas? will it be a 'christian' country?? will you celebrate at all? and what is the actual date of the wedding and which hotel etc etc are you staying in for the wedding?? Look forward to hearing from you, have fun - and stay well lots of love Jane xxxx
beautiful Wow! You two always have smiles and look so relaxed. It seems this was a well deserved break and needed adventure! I'm loving the pictures and the stories. x
exhausting Hi guys. Well it was exhausting just reading about your time in Deli. I can't imagine all that hussle and bussle ,especially seeing those children. I would have been useless and wanted to bring them all home. Well done both of you and very generous giving them your donation. £12 doesnt mean much to us but you will have amade a real differance to 1 child.
Happy travelling and look forward to your next blog
take care
love Jill and dave

I'm enjoying exploring the world around me too.... heehee... the library and the vinyl decks. Don't worry your babies are being exercised regularly! heehee.... have fun and catch you next time x
Paradise! Hi to you both! great to hear of your travels and adventures. Look forward to hearing about the next leg - stay safe! its quite an escapicism reading about your experiences - I wish you both well. Things are quite different here - but that's all a million miles away from where you are at!
Life at home is good, lots of great family stuff, and meeting up with Rosemarie later today, Autumn is setting in - weather changing - leaves going golden - beautiful bright clear dry days - until today which is cloudy and rainy - oh well! Paradise your part of the world! reality here!!
Love to you both, jane
wow Sounds great you two! Well, that's the thing about being in another country sometimes one really just has to be taken for a ride to learn the truth. Welcome to my world everyday heehehe..... well, when I first moved to England and every country I have lived, I was naive at first re: the people..... heehee.... x
resourceful as ever! Hi, you guys, great to hear from you, missing you Rachel already (only been back 2 days!). I have no doubt you will sort all the challenges out as you go along! what a pair of solution finders you will be by the time you return! The thought of Rachel bursting into tears is beyond my imagination! no wonder the guy found your passports so quickly! Enjoy, keep in touch and stay safe! Best Wishes Jane x
