We visited Café Brio on Monday, November the 3rd, one day before the US elections. But I bet nobody was thinking about the election outcomes. I know I was eager to participate in a real culinary tourism experience. And if a previous session in class can apply across other culinary platforms (we learned that what we thought was chocolate, was not real chocolate all along) I, for one, thought we were in for a real culinary treat.
