Remembering Karlstein & St Charles Bridge I remember how much I enjoyed our visit to Karlstein when I was there with you several years ago. Cathie & I didn't venture out into the countryside nearly as far as you guys did on this trip however. As I recall, it was somewhat challenging just getting up the hill to tour the castle. Looks like your adventure was a pretty tough trek...but absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing the photos. These pics also take me back to St. Charles bridge - with great fondness; without a doubt the most impressive collection of religious statuary I've ever seen. My pack is currently weighing in at 16 lbs (w/ 1 bottle of water). Still need to trim some weight. Press on. Buen Camino!
A blog is a wonderful way to keep everyone informed of your travels. I will pass on to KP, Fran, and Liz if you have not already. Looks like you are having a wonderful time. All is well here. Busy in real estate, all star baseball, swim team, camps and Liz is back to work...
Starting the Camino in Lithuania... If you can log the miles between Lithuana & Spain you may well be among the longest Camino treckers on record. Who knew Lithuana is so beautiful? Buen Camino. Press on...
Love the photos of Prague AAU upgrade is substantial. Glad your courses are going well. My only regret is that I'm not able to join you for this leg of your QuestTrek. Press on with your training. You guys rock! Buen Camino!
Thanks for setting up this blog Thanks for posting photos of your adventure. You're right...you found your little church! I'm really looking forward to joining you on the last lap in Spain. Press on...and enjoy your QuestTrek.
