"April's Blog" and I quote... "Not to leave you in suspense, but make sure you read April's blog for some big news." and I must admit, I have been anxiously waiting to see what the big news is.. So is all this stuff about racks and IBAs and ACUs and PTs and slings and guns, the big news for april? so confused.... I don't even know what half the accronyms mean. :-) Glad you are able to help out fellow soldiers and prepare them a little better for what they will need/want while deployed. Love Ya! AB
Single Point Sling Adapter Who doesn't need a single point sling adapter. Being able to have your mouse and keyboard slung and both you hands free is vital to every computer programer. :-D
brownie troop #22 We are all so proud of you. Keep the faith and all will work out. we pray for your family and you and the soldiers daily. america is proud of you men and women whom have made the sacrifice to fight for our freedom. Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!! mail on the way. jt
... positive significance in my work ... Ah, I know this one. Wait! Wait! Pride!!! Got it in one but only because I have been there and done that myself. :)
We miss you. Stay safe, come home, you will find important work here.
... he refused to help defend the patrol base ... They aren't making Ranger's out of the same stuff they used to use. I have a problem with this on so many levels. I hope your chain of command is aware of this man's cowardly behaviour.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-19 Hang in there big guy. You have always been an inspiration to me and the children you impacted when we taught together. I pray for you, Laura, and the girls daily. I look forward to the day I hear you are home safe and sound with your family. Pray on everything and worry about nothing and know that Romans 8:28-29. It changed my life and so have you. Love and Prayers, Amy-Beth
Understand Tony: First I love you and God Bless All of You!
I had a patloon leader that was a mirror image of the Sgt. you speak about. Lt. Exlay would disappear at the first sign of a fire fight and I as a cpl. would run the platoon. The best part with him though was he disapperaed one day after about 6 or 7 weeks and we never saw him again. They wanted to give me a battlefield commission but I refused it because by that time I had very little respect for officers and wanted no part of being one. Exlay was the cause of my best friends death.
A political conflict like Korea, Nam, Afagan, and Iraq are very hard to have successful conclusions because they are not wars. They are strictly political and and our military leaders cannot engage the enemy with the concept of bringing the enemy to its knees and total defeat. In other words it is bull shit. The U.S.Congress should declare war if we are to fight an enemy -- there lies the real cowards of this nation.
Take care man and I hope the knee is totally healed. Grampa
So Proud of You I am so proud of you, and, you and your Princesses are in my prayers daily. Sounds like the Scouts have someone in charge that is bound and determined to undermine this organization and any others that he comes in contact with. Really a shame. The kind of a leader that needs to be lead to the nearest gate out of the service. His superiors are also at fault. It is their job to know what is going on in all areas of their command. Oh well, what do I know. All of our love, Grandma, Frank and Grandma- Grape
Indignant... ... since the scouts don't make it a high priority to forward my mail....
Son, mail is something that nobody is allowed to mess with...
You tell that POS that he needs to read this comment and that if he don't get the word "Senator" then he is going to have problems...

Hi Tony....I'm glad that I was still on your list. I forwarded this to some of the old school Outbackers that you would know so that they could keep up with you as well. This is the first I've heard since you left. Glad to know you are ok.
Thanks for your update Tony, thanks for your update and encouraging pictures of the Iraqi children that are being blessed by you. We do not read much about all the good things that may be happening in Iraq, only when of the bad things that happened (like the bombing within the Green Zone). We are praying for you, your company, and your family back home. We appreciate and thank God for all you do along with our brave men and women in uniform.
Somehow I missed this one. Somehow I did not get the notice on this change to your blog. It is old history now. Sorry son, I'm sure glad that that bullet wasn't an inch lower.
I am real proud that you went back and got that SAW and finished business. Well done!!! It's in your genes.
Dad
Your Brownie troop #22 Hi there. We read about the purple heart and all you have been going through. The girls are so proud and have been talking all about you at school. This is a great thing for them to be able to follow you and your group and know this is for real! We so appreciate all you guys are doing and your families for what that are scrificing for you being there. Everyone is so PROUD of you guys! We continue to pray and pass the information along in hopes that other soldiers will get pkgs and know how much you are all cared about. Thanks again for all you do! JoAnn
Just Hi!!! Tony this ole man is very proud of you and I know what you are going thru. If I would have trusted God when I was in Korea, instead of myself, there is no doubt in my mind that I would not have come home a total mess. After I came home I always new something was wrong with me and it took me twenty years to finally realize that I needed to put God first. As soon as I did put God first my healing began and it's an ever day process so -- Keepon Keepin On for Jesus!! Love Grampa
thank you!! came across your site... thank you so much for being a witness in the most needed of places... i've been praying for iraq on and off for couple of years and have been aching to go one day... so i'm dubly blessed to know that there are cloud of witnesses present...!! ( did ya know that you are within miles away from back then ninevah? thought you might want to know!!) i too with many other readers would be praying for all of you!!
Hey... What's up target boy??? Lol! Son, I see the reports of your death have been greatly exaggerated. That is a good thing. I do hope you were wearing the armor that Grandma and Frank bought. I do hope that your buddy took your SAW and used it accurately :)
Now listen... You don't get shot in the back if you are facing the target. ;)
Sup DOG! Be WAY more careful. I got Grandbabys that need you home, get it?
Welcome Everyone!
