Inca trail Just read about the inca Trail sounds very hard but fantastic. Did you manage to carry your bag all the way or did you get Paul to help you? It look cold at night with your hats on in the tent but warm in the day or was the body heat from all the hiking. What did they cook you to eat? Just wondering if you have had guinea pig yet.
Weight watchers food!! Hi Staf and Paul,
Soz I havent posted a message earlier, you know me and technology it takes a while ha!! Glad to hear you are enjoying Peru so far. Im glad you didnt stay in Lima too long, it looked worse than Manton on a friday night ha! Coops is well jealous of your new friend Alpaca, he thinks hes been demoted, Ive told him walks on Valley fields when you return, or runs in coopers case. Anyway wish I was with you because the tasty burgers and fanny tuna looks so appetizing it would be hard to stick to my weight watchers points allowance over there ha! Freya sends her love and were missing you both. Take care and enjoy the training for the inca trail. Lots of love Clair, Dean, Freya and Coops xxxx

Asbo Sickness... I'm psyched that you've got all the way to South America and discovered that you've got 'Attitude Sickness' - this must be the repercussions of spending too much time in JD Sports on Bridge Street before you went - Craig
