Crocker Range National Park Crocker Range National Park are one of the 6 Park manage by Sabah Park. Crocker Range by far are the largest national park in Sabah covering 139,919 hectares (almost 1,400 square km ). It is extremely rugged and forms the backbone of Sabah, running south-west from Mt. Kinabalu very steep mountains averaging about 1000 to 1500 m in height. This area also been set-aside as a main water catchments for Kota Kinabalu and surrounding area ( west coast ). The lower montane forest and a lowland diptrocarp forest can be found here. This will be the first tourist trail in Crocker Range and is intended to be for the more adventurous, the trail 55km stretches from Inobong research center to the Southeast of Tikolod.
