Back to BsAs...!! Hi Nick and Kris, it was great to see you both at La Posta, in good spirits after a 500+ mile day... tiring but exhilarating once you arrive... well done!! Sonia and I are still enjoying the journey with you both and your thoughts as you travel. Have a great Christmas in the Capital (don't forget your dance pumps for the milonga at La Ideal on Calle Suipacha!!) Hope you find that Iguazu is as stunning as I have been told.
Trusting that the last few days here go smoothly and see you both back there.
Saludos y abrazos desde Mendoza, Charlie y Sonia.
Happy New Year Dear Nick and Kristina
I have not heard from you for a while, I am sure you are enjoying your last weeks of travelling: make the most of it, you will be left with wonderful memories when you are back to London and will go back to your routine!!
As the Christmas festivities have arrived, I would like to wish you a wonderful Christmas time and a fabulous New Year 2007 full of new adventures!
Take care
Alessia
Fantastic! Dear both,
I haven't been very active commenting your journey, but I was very happy seeing you both have fun and being so happy together. I enjoyed reading and pictures, pictures, pictures .They are so heartfelt, full of twists and turns, each and every telling you a story. Taking the opportunity I’d like you to wish a nice X-mas and the happy New Year. X-mas time is peaceful even in civilization. You will have some time for adaptation, Kris:)
Wishing you all the best and big hug,
Yours Sa

Last week! Hasn't time gone by so quickly! You must be starting to see the clock ticking towards you coming back - enjoy every second while you can! Patagonia sounds just beautiful!
My last week at work (hurrah!) - less than 2 weeks to go to estimated due date. At last we have most of the house not looking like a bomb's hit it and nursery is decorated - wish I could say the same about my office! Anyway, I will keep reading your blogs after I've left (love the pictures, even if they are all of Nick!!) and will let you know as soon as I have any more news...
Keep enjoying!
Take care.

Cowards! Hi Nick! You didn't do the routa 40 with your bike??? I guess we almost met you again, went about the same time down to El Chalten and Calafate and did not really feel that Argentina was cheaper than Chile ;-)
After 3000 ks of gravel in our Nissan we are back in Coihayque and prepare our minds for the return to "the real world". We'll give you a summary of our adventures when we made it home...
Til then...
London Wetland Centre connection on the same territory Hey guys! Great to read your stories...and get a few tips for the journey ahead. Less of a wind in my hair and more of a carying the same environmental education thread kind-a-thing for me. I´m in Jujuy at the moment, looking at the remote mountain schools and outreach cultural projects. I will be in Cordoba on the 7th than back to Buenos Aires and on the 10th down to Patagonia...can´t wait. Are we crossing paths at any stage? Wishing you smooth tarmac and good weather.
