Hey
I think the Angkor civilization is up there with even Egypt, Rome, etc! If you take a look at the Engineering scale and complexity of it's Hydraulic system and the amount of Earth these people moved it can easily beat any civilization in human history! I heard it's the largest Pre-industrial civilization in human history as well as a Marvel of human architecture! Wish you luck on everything!

lovely holiday!!!
You certainly know how to make someone want to go to Marrakech. It sounds a if you had a great time, despite the gippy tum Sally! I don't like the sound or picture of snail soup though. We always had a fun time in the souks didn't we? Glad you enjoyed the contrast of the mountains, you really needed a bit of calm. Your photos are excellent and I like the jalabas, they suit you.
