This post is for Tues. May 19th We had a lecture this morning by a professor of the CEU Business school in Hungary on the history and geopolitical perspective. This was very informative and interesting. I learned a lot about the political changes in Hungary (especially when communism collapsed) and how their economy has changed over time. Lunch today was amazing! We went to Trofea Restayrant and it was buffet style. They had just about everything you could want--huge meat and fish selection, pastas, potatoes, soups, salads, fruits, and plenty of dessert. I have learned that you never go hungry in Hungary and they always eat dessert. Portions of food are very large here, probably comparable to what we get in most restaraunts in America.
