Brings back memories Nice blog Mr Leeds United (a.k.a James) brings back memories and how much we miss living in the UK and being able to jump across to Europe to enjoy festivals like this. ;-(
Oi! I was only nowhere in sight whilst cycling because I was being a gentleman and cycling behind Kristin! Though I probably suffered more than you, I could have kept on going too... (Basically, I'm blaming Kristin for all cycling deficiencies on the trip).
That is all. Otherwise, top blog as always :)

Continued fun on your travels,

My pleasure ! I haven't looked back at these blogs in a while but I have done now and it's brought back all the good memories for me as well, so thank you! :)
Thanks for the great pix Obviously, I don't know you and so I hope this isn't too weird. I just wanted to tell you I really enjoyed looking through your Ireland pics. I spent 4 months in Galway 5 yrs. ago now and traveled to many of the places you did, including Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, I didn't have a digital camera with me and took few pictures :(. Hope you're traveling somewhere now, having good craic! Cheers!
Correction Apologies, Leah is right(first time for everything ;p), the Tour finishes there not starts. It actually starts this year in Brest. I know! How could I forget that!
What you mean where Tour de France starts? You been reading the wrong books man... it finishes there! You did make a good audio guide in Versailles though, just as well you were switched off at the Arc de Triomphe... haha!
Arrrgh I miss Greece! We stayed on Crete which is a little less populated the mainland but the beaches and white wash buidings still bring back memories esp when we visited Santorini which was just a sea of white buildings on top of a massive cliff. Greece really is pretty. Oh, and I just found out yesterday that my brother's partner who is greek has just inherited a house on the island of Salamina which is a short ferry ride from Athens - how sweet is that? Definately have to go there, having ruins withdrawls!
Mistaken identity That's the second time someone has asked me that! No, it wasn't me that went to Moeraki School. And the whole Middle East region is amazing so definately worth it. As for the Comedy Fest, well i'll have to see what my schedule is like next year. ;)
itchy feet!!! Just discovered your blog James and read the whole lot . SOOOOO good. You should be back in Auckland now appearing in the Comedy Fes.I'm keen to do Jordan next year but after reading your blog, think I'll do Syria too. By the way are you the same James Kemp who captained the Moeraka District cricket team?
Hey all, i'm James from the extremely talented sporting nation of New Zealand. I'm a world explorer, who has raised funds for this expedition by working in Finance for a few years. Since conquering the Middle East and alot of Europe on my way to the UK, I have settled in London for the time being to earn some pounds to fund even more adventures back over the English Channel into Europe, South America and generally anywhere that takes my fancy. Since moving back to New Zealand the adventures have slowed but by no means are they over.
Stay tuned for the next exciting adventure............
