Woohoo! Hurrah for more adventures! I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Cruise America. They have something similar in Canada and it looks like a blast!
Excellent, excellent, excellent! Mare,
Your descriptions makes camp come alive. Most excellent writing. Hugs and hellos to the cousins in W-ford. Safe travels

You guys look so happy. I am happy for you. We are all well. Thanks for keeping in touch as I don't do facebook. With close to 1,900 e-mails to look at, who has time?

Back home Hi,
I'm home again. Had some trouble with uploading photos in Turkey, slow connection. The best part of Ephesus was seeing it through the eyes of those on our trip who had a connection to the place through their religion. Easier to dance barefoot!
Are u still in Turkey, Mem? Hi there. I can see you have been having a good time ........ hmm, dancing without your sandals? The Bosphorous Cruise and Grand Bazaar adventures are always so exciting, don't u think? Can't wait to read about your adventures in Ephesus. Btw, is that Church the one in Taksim Square? Enjoy your baklavas and turkish apple tea. And easy on the raki!
map Hi, Marilyn - - -
Here's a jpg map of your travels replete with clever little pictures inserted to help put it all into context. Hadn't realized how much of the country you are wandering through!

Grand Bazaar I am not a jewelry person, but Jerry insisted on buying me something at the Bazaar. As we passed the soldiers wearing their sub machine guns we walked into the biggest jewelry area I have ever seen. Bigger by far than Manhattan's 47th Street. Salesmen were in front of every shop begging you to come in for Tea and to look around. I am a shy shopper. Let me look around and I will let you know if I found something. They deal differently. Being overpowered I purchased nothing.
Hope you are having a wonderful time. LUV
Oasis - NY Skyline It looks like you have a great place to begin your travels. I love the picture you took of the skyline. The foreground and the clouds are really interesting.
Where's the two styling 'bobs'? Molly the bob is cute, can't wait to see it in person, but where's the final modeling picture with the two of you?
Always fun to read about your adventures. Looking forward to your return to Anchorage.
