Due to not really knowing what was going on with the storm chasing prior to the start of the tour, we left booking our flight out of Oklahoma City, if you recall, somewhat late. This meant that when we did get the chance to sort out a flight, our only (early and cheapest) option to Vegas was via Atlanta, Georgia, which you’ll know, if your US geography is any good, is in completely the wrong direction.
