Nice pics Good to hear from you and Toby. Still living the life... We're all still doing well, happy, healthy. Kolby is currently passing up Christine in height. He'll pass me up too eventually. Teaching is good and Kolby is doing awesome in school. No complaints. For our trip last year we did a month in Australia. Kolby is scuba cert'd now (got cert'd previous year in Kona) and we did a live aboard on the barrier reef. Excellent trip. Have fun and stay healthy.
because.... hi.. im annisa from indonesia im 14 years old, and i like your photo, I'll answer your question why they wear thick clothes like that, because they still preserve the culture of hereditary done by nenk fathers. and they will not leave that culture and will always cherish and preserve it.
Gone again! Hi Lisa,
Looks like you and Toby are gone again (at least I thought you were back in the 'States for a while). Thanks for the photos, and the stories are always entertaining. jeff
Hey Hi guys! Long time no see (hope you remember Marius from Samoa:)! Can't believe you're still traveling! That's fantastic. Have you been home since you left? Hope you're having a great time still. In a few years I reckon I'll pack up and go too. I'm still in Sydney though and enjoying it here. Apart from a couple of trips back home, I haven't been travelling much since Samoa I'm afraid
Take care and have a great Christmas!
Cheers,
Marius
LOVE LOVE your blogs... Keep them coming... I know it is a lot of work, but you do a wonderful job of describing the land. Years ago, I traveled Asia but it was for work, I spent some time sightseeing but just a day here or there and not really any remote places... So I love to see this - very jelious as I deal with the daily grind here in LA! Take care!! Stephanie
Very interesting, I'm impressed. Thank you so much for writing down, I could have a chance to know about India. I will never choose to go because I hated those bad guys in the tourist place, it'll just ruin my whole trip.I'll never be relaxed until I come home. I'm glad you actually having so much fresh experience. This is kind of thing you like to do. I'm very happy to hear from you.
WOW... Thanks for the awesome description of your travels...it's almost like being there, except for the smellovision of course. Seeing that beautiful wild tiger at the end would have made it all worthwhile for me. Stay safe and enjoy!
Wow! Just wow. A classmate of mine is getting laid off at Seagate because of the floods in Thailand destroyed their facilities there and all of their hard drives! Prices here are for hard drives are skyrocketing. Toyota got hit hard, too. Global centralized manufacturing: Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket.
Awesome travel blog. We're looking forward to you next adventure.
Many greetings from Germany!!! Dear Lisa, dear Toby,
you probably don´t remember me, my name is Jutta Zimmer and I was very lucky to stay at Lisa's house during the summer of 1989!
The internet makes it possible that by pure chance I found your travelblog! Very nice pictures!
You two look just like 22 (!!!) years ago - you haven't changed at all and still look so very young!
I´m happy to see that the two of you are exploring the world and share your experiences with others.
I hope you are fine and I send you all the best wishes from Germany. Take care!
Jutta
Better then killing Mosquitoes Loved the Ogo Ogo Pictures. And to think I missed that just to kill a few mosquitoes in Washington.
Can't wait to read your book!

Ending adventure Oh, I'm so sad and glad your adventure is coming to an end. It's been so awesome reading your blogs this whole time. I guess I will have to stay tuned for the book. I know it must be bittersweet for you (especially giving up free time), but it will be good to have you back in the states. Maybe we all could get together - Dave is still unemployed so he definitely has free time. :)
Safe traveling! Have a blast in your final adventuring days!
hey, finally coming home huh?! geez, thought we'd never see that blog entry. well, can't wait to see y'all. sounds like a mixed affair, transitioning back to life in the ole USA. but, we'll take you back. just leave the green snakes there!
So glad I found you guys! Actually David found you after I was frantically trying to figure out what happened to you both. Didn't realize you had a travel blog but then again I still can't figure out all this techno stuff. Glad to hear you are alright, infact fabulous from the looks of it. Miss you both soooo much! So glad to find this blog!
FABULOUS!!! Thanks so much for the great read woman!!!

AmazIng I truely do not know how the two of you can return home after such an experience! I would die to be able to live a life filled with the experiences you have been emersed in over the last year and a half. Have a safe, peaceful and rewarding time as you live your last stretch of your trip!
Good finally getting an update. Don't think I'll make it there, but is a nice thought. What kind of meat does Toby eat anyway? Can you get good ole beef, or is it something that a lot of us have as pets?

Lisa, it was a pleasure to meet you and I always enjoyed Toby's fellowship at the golf course. Best wishes, Carl
