Vegas still sucks Vegas still looks like it sucks even after 20 years of not being there, must have been the free drinks that sozzled your brains into thinking that it was cool. go there as a sober 10 year old (for this you will need one time machine and one airline ticket to vegas) and you will still hate it when you are 27! nyc rules, london is somewhere in between the two!
Tears on my pillow Back at work. It should be illegal to have to go back to work after a holiday (I had 300 emails in my inbox. Mostly spam admittedly but I still have to sort through it all). Not sure how you two are going to cope. Me and Mark now offically think London is crap in comparison to New York. I'm so depressed. COME HOME!!
Hi to you both - i am sure you are both having a fantastic time in new york with katie and mark - we spent quite an eventful xmas with lisa - leastways i think we will put xmas 2006 down to experience - we now have our very charming italian visitor back with us - Camilla - and have just received the biggest hamper possible - hot from sardinia - full of italian goodies - no need to shop for years to come - envious of your new year - at present the legion looks tops - that bad - but what the heck it's what you make of it - still we have the excitement of watching town on monday to look forward to - speak to you soon love mumxxx
gy gets festive Alright, hope your having a good time. You will be gutted to know you missed out on gatecrasher at the pier this boxing day Paul. I unfortunately did not realise that being allowed the priviledge of entry was going to set me back a tenner and not include drinks. Even more entertaining then my ability to waste money was watching chris wall hitting on annette barrs sister and her friends earlier in the evening. Sahas mum said u sent her a xmas card i don't think saha did thus u r definitely favourite son at the saha household, which unlike myself jonathan does not find highly amusing. How much longer will your travels be lasting?? Take care both of u
24 hours to go! t-minus 24 hours to go, although should warn you, lookslike our flight has changed the time it'smeant to fly at and we now leave the UK at 12pm, and get into the US at 2.45pm. See you tomorrow folks,
oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY paulo.
mark
p.s. merry xmas everyone else! hope you all have a good day,
Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas!! Hey Paul and Laura,
Happy Birthday Paul!! and Merry Christmas to you both!! Its not quite the same at home without the christmas pro evo sessions! I've been trying to teach dad but his lack of interest is proving to be his downfall for the poor performances! The next option is Nanna but trying to convince her that its not a real football match could be tricky!! Anyway have an amazing time in New York which I'm sure you will! Oh and if you ever get stuck with somewhere to stay theres a nice little spot in pent station! Just watch out for the angry kicking policemen!!
Presents I don't remember protesting about Presents!! Hope you enjoy Xmas and new year. Mark is very happy Luton beat Cov yesterday. Staying in Luton but Mom and Nan are coming between Xmas and new year.
Take care
You failed to mention... ...The Rock, which I was going to attempt to re-enact when I visited Alcatraz, but I couldn't find any radioactive green stuff
Merry Christmas and Birthday wishes Your trips to the cinema will never be the same again after mixing with all those celebs! Thought it was great you had your shopping with you, the must have accessory. Am finishing work (a distant memory for you both) tomorrow, yipee. Cooking for the parents and in laws on xmas day- should be interesting! Sandwiches all round. Have a fantastic crimbo in the big apple and a Happy Birthday Paul!! Take care x
Comin' atcha in 8 days baby! Just to say how very excited I am to see that your gorgeous California sunset photo from the last blog is in the top rated photos! You should sell it to some post card tycoon and makes millions.
my comment Danny Trejo is a bad ass mutha. I am particularly impressed that paul seems to tower over him. Obviously there ain't nowhere as bad ass as the GY.
'What's your dream?' Vivian: Tell me one person who it's worked out for.
Kit: What, you want me to name someone? You want like a name? Oh, God, the pressure of a name... I got it. Cindafuckin'rella
Ice ice baby Surely if you lick ice, your tongue gets stuck? I'm sure someone in primary school licked a lamp post when there had been a frost and their tongue got stuck and they got really scared...There's no photos of tongues stuck on ice so I'm guessing you two got by ok without any licking issues
Back to the Future Wow some guys wearing Iron Maiden t shirts and listening to music on a boom box. Is that car you borrowed a De Loren or is NZ stuck in the 1980's? I can just oh Viennia by Ultra Vox being played just now - wonderful! Oh and I like the matching jackets were they buy one get one free - another bloggers bargain?
Hola! Hi guys. Hope you made it safely to LA. Just been looking at your blogg and it´s great. Wish we´d done one. We made it safely to Chile and it´s so nice to see some sunshine again. We were so tired after our flight that we managed to sleep until 4pm today! Getting a bus to Argentina tomorrow for a couple of days. We had a great time with you guys in Auckland- it was lovely to see you again. Take care and keep safe.
Bit of a surprise with the winner of Im a Celebrity - cant even remember his name - obviously all the young girls voted for him - paul looks like he has just had a face pack that went wrong in his bad hair day photo - trust you were just blushing and not sunburnt - i know, you are more sensible than that!!! Your big sis is now much improved and back in Hull. Your nanna wants to know if you have an address she can send you a card to and what do you want for xmas??? take care mum xxx
Wow what a fantastic time you're having. The volcanoes look amazing and the bungee jump was brill (think you're mad). I'm a celebrity is finishing here tonight, Jason Donavon's fav to win. Christmas shopping has started in Freshney Place, there's an ice rink in St James square and Gladiator Jet is in the panto. Thanx for the postcard, much appreciated. Take care. (Won't have to buy your usual festive white toblerone this year) x

Gald to hear the wizard is still going strong, I suspect he is actually paid by the local tourist board as he seems to be the memorable attraction in Christchurch. Keep enjoying yourselves, take care

Well I think Vegas looks amazing, although I can't imagine living there! Glad to see you are still having fun times though. xxx
