To Mrs Magee from Will I really like the idea about the laptops. I think they'll respond more. We're having a great time. My mom says to ask the class to figure out how big a rice paddy field is if it is a square hectometer. Hope to hear from you all again soon. Will
To Andy from Will Thanks for being the first boy to write to me. (Tell the rest of the guys to hop to it - and write). We dedicate the school tomorrow - and this area is sunny but cool (we love it). When we were south it was very hot. I miss you guys. See you soon. Will
whassup, Hoags! hey guys! looks like you guys have alot to do. i dont even know how you have time to post this blog! I mean seriously, 9 hours on a bus that dosn't have reclining seats( until helen found out they did).it seems like you guys are having a great time. is it sunny there? its not here in Ohio. currenly, its raing(did i spell that right?) and we haven't seen the sun yet. i posted this comment a 9:45 A.M., which means you guys are probly sleeping.have a good rest of trip! i'll keep posting.
Andy
Loving Every Minute I love living vicariously through all of you. What a fabulous and fantastic experience. We had a crazy, busy week at school last week. I plan to have the kids all get on their own laptops to get a chance to comment if they would like. The pics show up better on a "real" computer rather than the SMARTBOARD screen- it has been great to follow along.
Good luck tomorrow! We(2 and 4)went to Mass Friday to pray for a successfuldedication and rest of your journey. Father even mentioned our purpose there to the entire congregation. It was nice.
Take care,
Mrs. Magee
To Levi & Brooke from David Levi, believe me, I have been missing the coconut treats as well. That stand was in a part of the Mekong Delta we did not visit. I am keeping my eyes out for a good replacement, but dried squid and raw fish don't look like they'd travel well! Thanks for checking in, and say hello to Dr. Bean!
To Talia from Will The trip is great so far - the weather is different where we are right now -- and it's really nice. Thanks for the good comment. see you soon. Will
Jackson wins state! Pounded Moeller 57-34. You can be proud of Jackson High School as they won the State Basketball Finals in Columbus about one hour ago. The Jackson team made an important win last evening against Gahana Lincoln. Mike Fuline and his team were awesome. His father Dan Fuline is a Canton Rotarian and was shown on TV holding his granddaughter. Congratulations to Jackson. 1st Team from Massillon to win a State Baskeball Championship.
It looks like you guys are having an awesome time visiting the school and other places. I can't wait to hear about everything. Abby i miss you so much and i liked you answer to the question about starbucks! I can't wait for you to come home!
O-H-I-O in Vietnam I am still laughing at that, that was cute and glad you got a picture of it. David, was that your idea??? Hate to break it to you but Ohio state lost to Tennessee 76 - 73. Too bad Helen didn't find out earlier the seats reclined, leave it to a kid to find out how something works! Way to go Helen! Have fun and be safe!
Mady :) So awesome to hear you! :) I miss you very much! I know, I was so glad to find that little girl! It almost brought tears to my eyes! Have a wonderful spring break and keep checking the blog and writing :) Love, Carly

To Dave; From Larry and Sig Hello, my good friend,
Greetings from Vietnam! So mnay good things going on here tempered wilh some not so happy memories of things in the past.
This country draws you in and captivates you. There are maby more westerners here than in the past. Many are of our age probably attempting to come to terms with things that happened in their past.
We're really having fun with your friend, Doug.
All the best,
Larry and Sieglinde
Hey Dave! from Doug Woof and woof to Miss and Meestah. You and Chen owe me two per side for all your practice. This trip is phenomenal. Never been so tired at the end of the day, but never have experienced such adventure. Judy and I are enjoying visiting the schools and witnessing all the scenes and sights of this incredible country. Doug
To Mrs Z from Will Thank you for the great comments my mom is very grateful to hear you like it so much! I am keeping however what I call "Will's blurb book"(a collection of paragraphs about the picture on that page). See you soon,
Will
