Auntie Phyl. Camper van? Are you ok? We hired a van with driver in Mongolia but slept in a Ger at night which is traditional Mongolian nomad accommodation, essentially a huge tent but with furniture & a fire. We stayed with a different family each night in their guest Ger :)
Glad you're enjoying the blog. I'd recommend the travelling malarkey. It's really not very difficult you know!

Response to Moran 1. the exhilarating horse photo is going to be my submission to this year's Pulitzer Prize - I risked life and limb (and camera) for that shot
2. the horse i was riding was actually a wild stallion, but made to look like an "old nag" via my masterful horsemanship
Horse play I love the picture of the exhilarating horse, wind in the hair, stallions in their prime etc. Then what is in the photo below? A sheep-ish looking Levere, trotting along on some old nag, way past its best. Its like Steptoe and Son on Tour.
Topical Posts Graham, I'm looking forward to the topical posts...you should write them in Russian or when you're under the influence, or both. Nice shots of the churches!
Shout... ...your way around the World, that'll do it. Looks great, sounds a bit stressful at the moment!?
But hey, my district line was cancelled this morning and I'm my desk.
Have a great time guys and look after yourselves.
