Loving the blogs Hi guys, really enjoying reading the blogs. Well written and entertaining. I've been feeling really nervous this week about my turn coming up but having your blogs to read and seeing everyone still happy and enjoying themselves even with the hard stuff is helping to keep me motivated and a little bit excited. Thanks.
Well done Claire, what an amazing journey! well done! not just on the ride, but setting yourself the hugh goal of fundraising and the ride, and achieving what you set out to do.

Thanks Claire and Kel for such an extensive, insightful and amusing blog of ride #1 for 2011. I was fortunate enough to do the ride last year so you can only imagine what fond memories have been flooding back as I read all about your ride. I can't thank you enough!! Well done to you both and all the riders for making such a wise decision in the first place and then having the fortitude to raise the funds and the awareness and then push through all it takes to do the ride. You should all be very proud of yourselves! xo
PRM! I'm glad that those legs are still moving we were all discussing this morning that we are looking forward to seeing those buns of steel! that you will bring back with you - embrace the pain! you are almost there. Your pics are great I'm enjoying the virtual tour!

Great blog Friend of Lisa here... Great blog guys, awesome photos and very funny commentary. What an awesome achievement. Great to be able to follow your progress through the blog and photos- where do you get the energy after a day's riding?! Looking forward to the next entry.
On 5th January 2010 we will be riding 800km from Bangkok to Khao Lak to raise money and awareness for the charity Hands Across the Water (HATW). HATW is Australia’s fastest growing boutique charity supporting the children in Thailand who were orphaned by the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami.
Aside from donation and sponsorship opportunities, every year a team of riders participate in the Hands Big Ride to raise further funds and awareness for the charity. Every cent raised goes directly to the children and the projects approved by the Hands Board.
We'd love for you to follow us on the journey ... full info
