pachamama How wonderful that this experience was all that you dreamed of. It was worth searching for the right people to do this with. Love your salute to the sun Kaz. What a blessing to have taken part in a ritual celebration of thanks to our great mother. Looking forward to seeing more photos and hearing your stories.
The Stone People One of my (and many others) pet theories is that all over the world they were 'sung' into place - good vibrations! I think the ancients knew much that we have forgotten. It is said that the stone people hold the wisdom of the story of the world in their being. Good to see you hugging one Kaz, did it whisper anything to you? Love and HUGS, yer Ma.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Stone the Crows! Tony is Alan Rough a national hero there? Big rocks indeed, your photos do give a great sense of scale, massive. Karen, I'm with Tony on the wild ideas. What next I ask....your world tour is incredible and a pleasure to share in.
Atlantis Perhaps Guys, simply stunning photos. You guys should get a BBC contract for your blogs they are superb. I really look forward to them. The different cultures are so interesting and they could teach us a thing or two about how to live your life.
Island hopping Wow.. I actually find it hard to grasp that these dudes live on reed islands. Its astounding. Once again blown away by another blog.
Mucho's Huggo's Dudeos
On tour with Barry I see A big lake I would say, hope you recovered fairly quckly Tony. Must be strange to see customs that have gone on for centuries. Phew now I've caught up on your blogs, they are great I can assure you.
Lochs, Lakes and Healing Waters I always thought of Copacabana as thoroughly modern and populated by the 'beautiful people' ah the power of cheesy songs and ignorance! Please take it really easy, I got very sick with altitude, Mexico City 7,546 ft and Cuzco Peru 11,152 ft !!! So glad you got to rest and relax with friends, and to feel the nourishment of the healing waters (Loch Rannoch, Loch Rioch, Loch Fyne Loch Magee, oh the dark Lochs of Scotland they're all dear to me) before moving on to what may prove to be another strenuous trip. Great Big Hug and kisses.xxxxx yer Ma
From a wee Monkey to a Big Monkey I love you, your so kind, here is a tickle for you, and your beard is very funny, and thank you for looking after the monkeys. Goodbye I love you so much and I miss you so much when will I see you and Karen again. your nephew Dillan. xxxxxxx
Where are the monkeys It sounds like a bit of city life was what you needed after your hard work at the sanctuary. The stone dudes are not as cute as the monkeys. Have aliens been there? Happy birthday when it comes. Lots of love xxx
Of Kith and of Kin we are One Fascinating info about 'peoples of the world' looking forward to seeing all of your photographs on your return. So glad you got another SD card - I took 400 while I was in Mexico - can't imagine how many you have taken, and you are only half way! Take it easy, walk slowly, don't let the altitude get you. You are always in my thoughts, Ma.xxxxxxxxxxxx
Not Long Enough And I don't mean the beard! I am weeping as I type this (you know how well I do this). Feeling your joy, your love for your animal friends, your sadness at the loss of one of them, and your reluctance to leave them. You are both such beautiful people. Ants, I am blessed and honoured you are my son, and Kaz, my son is most surely blessed to have you for his partner. Love and Hugs.xxx
Munky Busyness That sounds like you both had a quality time. I was hankering after more monkey stories. Tony your beard is fantastic, I have been keeping mine reasonably trimmed.
Muchos luvmeos!!!!
Wow What an adventure you guys are having. Your work at the sanctuary looks very rewarding. I look forward to hearing more about this!!
Love the beard Tony. Beards are the way forwards. :)>
Monkey business Phew, that was a long one! It will have been a great priviledge to have worked in the park, some of your stories brought a tear to my eye. I think you have found your perfect job!
Where's Tony? All i see are monkeys..... And also, it is increasingly difficult to tell the difference between Tony and the wildlife. Spend much more time in the Hulu man, you'll be mistaken for a Yeti and duly dispatched!
Keep up the beardy work mon bro. Peace.
Amazing Amazing. I love the pic of you getting groomed man. We can perhaps continue this tradition upon your return! What a tremendous experience and something that will live long in the memory. Keep safe. xxx
Hola from Mexico Bolivia sounds as wonderful as Oaxaca, the people her are quite beautiful, warm and friendly. I feel blessed to be here. Wish I could have got down to meet up with you. Love you both. Keep being safe.xxxxxxxxxxx
