What an experience you have had, I know it is something you will remember forever.
I look forward to you and Johaan's updates as you travel for the next month.
See you in August.
Holy Moly Thanks for the warning - I don't want to look at those pictures!
I'm so impressed with what you've done. I share your respect for the doctor who remains caring yet somewhat removed; these are difficult things to balance.
Fair winds to you in your travels!
Wow! Your last week was incredible Kayce! I can't tell you how proud I am of your work and travels while in Bolivia - you really did take advantage of every opportunity the program offered and the sights available to experience on the weekends. I am glad Johaan has arrived and the two of you can continue your travels this next month, but personally I am counting the days until you get back to the states!
Love you xxoo
why did i not know about this??? Hey Shmayce face. i'm so glad you are writing a blog, but how the heck did i not know about it? haha oh well. LOVE YOU!!!
Your pictures are amazing and I am sad too that you did not have your camera for the cool rock formations. We are missing you here and so happy that you are having all these wonderful experiences. The children's lives that you are touching are so very lucky to have you caring for them and I am sure you will be remembered for your compassion and smile : )
Jungle Trip Hey KK - are anacondas good to eat? Your jungle experience reminds me of my African safari in Kenya and Tanzania. With the crocodiles, wild pigs, etc only we had lions, giraffes, elephants, etc. Do you take malaria medication? Were the canoes powered by outboard motors or were they by paddle? We are celebrating Father's Day down in Soquel and will miss you tomorrow but will talk to you on the phone.
Love, Gramps
You scare me badly Hi Kay,

You're a trooper You are so strong to be doing this, when it is so hard on your heart. I admire your strength and compassion. You can make a difference in their lives, no matter how small. Hang in there.
