Happy New Year, looking out to at least 5ins of frozen snow. Have had thick snow since 17 Dec. Just read your blog and thinking about you on Christmas Day on the beach, lucky you. Gad to hear you are having a great time. Euan, Lizzie and the wee ones managed to get up on Christmas Eve (should have been on Wed but weather was bad) and went back Christmas day. We all went to D'line to see what Santa had left for Chloe and Nathan, then Uncle Mev and I came home to a very quiet house! Take care. Best wishes for 2010. From Us in Freuchie

Hi, Kay - your blogs have been like buses - none then 4 came along in half an hour! Not sure if the hold up is Fife government or the Chinese Government. Better watch your teeth as my guess will be that you will be getting a lot of sugar for correct answers. Wow, Kay, what a fantastic trip this is turning out to be. The photos are great and you look to be eating and drinking your way around China! I liked seeing Tianeman Square although wouldn't relish the cold. It's blue sky and about 14degrees here today - very Spring like - not that I want you to feel jealous of us in Scotland. The library looks very BIG. What are the facilities like inside? Not that I guess you are using it whilst you are there! We all miss you back here and look forward to your return so we can hear all about your trip. Your colleagues did a fantastic presentation based on their work with carers - you would have been proud of them. Looking forward to hearing more from you soon on your blog. Take care Linda
