Happy Birthday Claire Or have I got the date wrong - told everyone it's today - if I've got it wrong I blame the tablets and apologise to everyone I've mis-'informed' - oops sorry - and it takes ages tring to type wiyh one hand - News is I've got a fractured elbow and it's sooooo painful. will catch up with you guys when I'm more mobile and let you know all the news!
Missing u heaps come back soon ............. Qxx
Happy Birthday! Well hello :-) Hope you are both well, glad to see you're having an amazing time and well done for finding the time to maintain your blog so thoroughly. Have a great birthday tomorrow Claire. Take care xx
puppini sisters Well, there's got to be at least one random CD and I'd not heard of them either so thought 'what the hell!'.
You do realise that everyone who visits this site will probably have googled them by now, doubling the visitor numbers!!
is it really that big? howdi, glad to hear from you both. Also just like to say your stories are so good to read at night while I await to pick my daughter up at 1.00 in the morning!. By the way do they have roundabouts in Aussie land? Haven't seen any signs..
Still Looking for the Crocodile G'day Guys - so have you started thinking with an Aussie accent yet, probably take a few more weeks eh! Well yep am so so jealous, love the pics of the amazing scenery and animals. Any problems with the mosquitos or are you now totally weathered and immune to them. Keep it coming................ xxx
'ello happy campers I'm tempted to drop everything and fly out, its look great.
Must have my gap year! Love the chubby donkey van much better than the camper van we had for a family of six when we went to Aussie in 1990. Well keep on having a lovely time and don't forget your sunscreen and sunnies.
Where's the Crocodile! Hi Guys - Well there was me all excited waiting in anticipation for the photo of you both in the pool with the crocs - see what you can do before you leave Oz. You may be impressed (or not) to hear that I am writing this in the middle of the North Sea, well not actually in the water, that would be silly, but on a ferry heading home after a week in Holland. Absolutely great week, loads of fun and I am now looking forward to a whole weekend sleeping in my own bed (not that it's really likley - loadsa washing). Still loving your blog, it's a great way to keep a record and remind all us jealous folk of how much we are missing. Everyone say Hi, don't ask me who, 'Loadsa people too numerous to mention' as they say at the Oscars, and with the dementia creeping in I'm struggling to remember. Take care you guys and don't forget to 'Pull your head in' Hopefully we can speak sooooooon!! Qxx
no buddhas in the jar boy Hi Travellers,
Well this part of your trekking seems great. I'd love to see the jars, really weird. I must ask my daughters friend which part of Vietnam she lived in, shes back over here now to live but she married out there, and said it was more hi-tech than here.
Is that true? Still enjoying your stories, although been bust of late and just catching up, but got a prompt today. Thank you received your postcard dated 17th Feb, so went by slow boat from China.
Anyway glad you both seem in good health. Ciao x
Confucious say .... "man who stands on one leg will fall over!" Nice to see we made it onto your blog although I'm sure you could have picked a far nicer photo of me and Wayne together rather than the one of him trying to strangle me! The puppet one's turned out good too - we may have to "borrow" some of your pics as you have mastered using your camera slightly more than Wayne! Will send you our team kung-fu photo when we get back, although its not as good as your Karate Kid pose!
Claire??? Although I am finding all of your blogs equally interesting, I have noticed a lack of pictures of Claire?!?! I think she needs to be a little less picture taking happy and pose a bit more! We like to see you Claire!!!!
I knew Í could rely on you to comment on that!! The answer is no - you know I don't fart - I am a lady ;-) (took some tablets to discreetly disperse it).
Fart Well Claire, the question everyone wants to know the answer to - have you had a good fart yet?? Do you feel better for it!!?? Miss you lots - lots of love, us xx
Belated Happy New Year Just caught up on the travels - facinating - loved every moment reading them and a pleasant way to spend a very blowy, rainy Sunday afternoon in UK. Well done. Belated happy new year wishes to you both. Enjoy your next destination Love to you both Jill and Jim x
Finally............ Well I have finally managed to get onto your blog again, at long last. Mind you never realised how much I'm needed as Andreas and Pia can't seem to leave me in peace - maybe it's because I normally drop everything whenever they 'ask' me to jump - Well this time I wasn't moving - Your blog is so interesting am so impressed and realise now how much I have been missing. Keep it up you guys, still much better than the National Geographic and History channels. Sorry gotta go, the family are wearing my name out - I'm off to hide a cupboard somewhere.
Miss you heaps. Luv Qx
Singalong.........The Orchard Road Sorry read your other story before this one. I love Singapore,
and I bet the bus trip was great at night with all the lights on.
Glad to hear you've had a bit of rain with all that sunshine. Never mind my sister says its 40 in Perth Aussie, they can't do anything. so get prepared.
