Matt Green??? Hey! So what's up with the new last name?
How was your date in Paris?
I hope you are loving Amsterdam! Have all of your travel anxieties just drifted away? I hope so!
Give our love to Sam. :)
Thanks a ton! Thanks for your kind words, it's wonderful people like you that inspire me to keep writing. And by the way, I LOVE the style and flow of your blog entries. It really lures me in. So a compliment coming from you means all the more. =). Thanks again!
Like a lover gone off to war?! Wow!!! Great entry!!! Loved it. MY Rue Cler?!?! I think I know which cheese place you hit. Awesome!
P.S. - Matthew Green???
The Open Road Congrats on taking a leap into the unknown! Loved your sketch of the cloudy Eiffel Tower and your yummy descriptions of cheese and lovers. Bon chance!
Merci! Merci, Tara!
I've managed to work in having cheese (in some form or another) for every meal I've had in Paris. I've missed it so...
Happy Travels. Happy Life. ^_^
Very Imformative This blog is outstanding. It really helps paint a vivid picture of many of the issues that are swimming in the back of peoples minds. Way to go Matt! Keep blogging, and help the world to come out of it's shell and experience all the wonders that it has to offer.
Johnny Thanks, man! Glad to hear from another China fan. What a great first trip to take! China is a unique one for sure, and there are still many things about this place that remain a mystery to me.... I'm looking through some of your pictures and am reminded of my dear friend who literally just left Jordan. She served in the Peace Corps there. Such an intriguing place. The Dead Sea and Wadi Rum look rad!
the next adventure begins? Hey Matthew
Interesting post - and I love your description of 'weird' food. Incidentally, I came across more squat toilets in rural Italy than in China. Looking forward to following your travels! :)
Cheers
Ren
Hey! Thanks, yeah... After your comment I got to thinking even more about "weird food" and started a forum post on it. :-)
