Wild Ass Sanctuary Hi,
Came across this blog post while googling for info on Wild Ass Sanctuary.
We were there about 18 moths ago and had a great time spotting wildlife including wild asses, cranes and nilgais.
Here is the link with the pictures we took just in case you want to take a look.
Regards,
Madhu

Matheran Your post was good and interesting. Its quite surprising that you saw snakes .We were there for 2 days but never saw any.But I agree as 40 years back when we were hiking up to Matheran we saw a long slender one .Please read my blog on matheran as well
Beautiful Dunkeld Oh, I've missed your adventures! I stayed in Dunkeld with Mum, it is such a lovely town! It is supposed to be the town where the forest walked from in Macbeth. Also it is where Beatrix Potter drew her little rabbits. As always, your photos are lovely and make me long more for 2011!
From "snowed on" in Slovenia, to Snowdon in Wales! Are your destinations developing a 'theme' Jacqui?! :)
Nice evocative shots... but I wouldn't expect anything less from you!
Girls own adventures Thanks for keeping me informed of Kates adventures.
Its hard to keep her focused on mainstream activities.
Public transport seems the same all over the world.
Glad you had fun.
Well... a Happy Hogmanay to you too! (If only I knew exactly what it meant...) You've laid-on the full multi-media experience!! I'm impressed... and not just by how cold your cheeks must have been after that little slip! You've obviously got 2009 off to a great start!
BTW; do they make "artificial snow" out of water?
Some tasty pics!! Coals to Newcastle and Ministers from Blaxland!!
All Hail Queen Janet! She sounds real exotic for a fairie Queen with a name like that...
Your pics and words make the places you've visited and photographed much more palpably real. Keep 'dem blogs a coming Jacqui!!
Ah ha! So now you know the way to Abergavenny Englebert would be proud! Tom Jones would surely be feeling homesick - and all because of your rather elegantly flippant appraisal of their home turf!
Not so sure about the "snot green sea"... Perhaps the "pneumonia" got to ye? Oh; and if your hair falls out, the partridge definitely was riddled with shot and your miraculous recovery would be down to the curative effects of quite a few dram.
Have an awesome Christmas and enjoy your further travels!
Looks a bit like Katoomba's Winter Magic festival... only a lot more interesting while retaining the communal spirit. Seems like those Brits; er, Jamaicans... or maybe more correctly 'former colonials' know how to party! :)
Looks like you had a good time capturing other folks' good time/s!
Surely you got one of those reveller 'must-have' Tees? ;) :)
not as forboding as I remember, a place of nightmares, where patients jump out of windows and old matrons torture babies to make them wake to feed, if need be all day--amazing you came out smiling. At least you got UK citizenship out of the experience.
"Broad but shallow"... I've met a few people who could fit that description!
Nice pics Jacqui. I especially like the composition of your Monaco shot. Worth the wait to see... :)
Waves Did you check if any of the beach onlookers got photos or video of this amusing incident. It would add an extra dimension to the blog and allow your readers to better appreciate what the azure waters of a stunning French beach look like.
Now that's a ripper of a yarn! Thanks for the smile your tale brought to my face Jacqui.
There's probably a few Frenchmen also wishing to thank you for the heart warming, life force rejuvenating entertainment your actions rather than your words have provided!!
