Having just got back from Tanzania and still reeling from its amazing mix of natural 'as-it-should-be' beauty and warm, calm people, I have started this blog to share some of the lessons learnt and some of the key things we all need to do (as well as a few photos). So, last Thursday, we were driving through Serengeti viewing millions of wildebeest and zebras in what looked like Southern Kent in UK (so green and full of trees at this time of year) when our driver said it was time to stop for breakfast.
