I'm thrilled that you are walking the CDSDC. I'm leaving on the same trip 28 September from Montreal and I'm giving myself 2 months (return 1 December to Canada). I'm going alone starting at St Jean de Pied I'll be looking for your comments in the log books of the refuges and look forward to reading your blog. My RUFF plan is to average 13 klm per day for 55 days (plus about 5 rest days )

Loved this story by Hiker Jules. Photos are so real and beutiful from this area ! I was reading you have back pain.
There are Natural ways to get rid of Back Pain.
In my earlier years I got injured in my back after playing ball, and never acually recovered since it happened . And this alone had a great infect on my life and work for over 20 years. Not much could be done, I tried to live with the constant pain in my back. After my studies and readings on the Internet and hearing testimonials from many people using Theraphy relaited to acupuncture for lower back pain I decided to try it out. my story:
