excellent update sean! in spite of the less than desirable weather, it appears a good time for all. being able to be in town each night is quite a contrast to hiking in the sawtooths. i'm curious, have you met anyone who knows of idaho?
take care and thanks again for sharing.

Sounds like another wonderful exploration of the amazingly diverse world we live in...how lucky to be living your dream! Seeing your photos of Switzerland reminded me of the Swiss watch 'mentality' as applied to everyday life there. No li
tter, everything neat and trim even in the rain, public art for art's sake...a 'sanitized' country that allows one to dream of a world where details do matter and all problems seem tidily disposed of. Connie and I are enjoying the travelogue as you wander...buen viaje! guten reise!

i guess the rain was inevitable, given the forecast. but, as usual you have made the best of it, plus an added bonus of the Renoir exhibit! on loan from Paris - we have a connection as it's likely the same work we saw during our visit to
the Mus?e d'Orsa. looks like a wonderful time in Switzerland!! thanks again for sharing your wonderful writing and pics. here's hoping for some sun tomorrow! love, dad

Thanks so much! Am loving the scarf you gave me. I was hesitant to bring it since I didn't want to get it dirty, but when my other strap broke, I decided to anyway, and now I'm glad I did. It's soft, and surprisingly cool when hiking. Great
gift Kel!
